I would give no stars if I could.
This company are scammers. I took a 12 day trial and paid £12.95. I was then notified by my Bank that an attempt to debit £79.99 was cancelled by them. This is outrageous.
Please on no account purchase anything from this company.

I bought these for a 1 of payment of £9.99 I did not sign up for any more or any subscription I have just looked at my on line banking and it says use have took £49.99 out my account so I would be very grateful if use would put it straight back in as I didn’t give use permission to take any money from my account so in my mind that’s stealing as I definitely didn’t give use permission to go into my bank and take anything I’m a pensioner and can’t afford people to go into my account and just take money when they like it never said anything about a trial pack or anything or I would never have bought them I have been done that many times with people saying it was a trial pack well this certainly wasn’t so I would like use to refund it or I will have to go to my bank and tell them use more or less took £49.99 out my bank without my permission

They are very good at taking more money off you than giving you the exact amount f units you want. They also keep trying to take an expensive £80 subscription from me. Don't touch them with a barge pole. Keep well away. You have been warned. They don't even have contact details to comminicate.

Unauthorised payment
I am now rewriting my original review.I had placed an order for Arthro M D cream and pills which cost £27.90.This was from an advertisement which had "come up" (rather than me searching) and I was taken in by this "wonder cure" (appeared to be).For my elderly Mum - haven't actually tried it due to Glucosamine which,in the past,I felt didn't suit her.Didnt realise what contents were til received.Saw unrecognised debit on Account £79.95 Chased it up and discovered it was subscription for pills and cream and original was only a 12 day trial.This was not clear on order although they said it was there.They have refunded £19.95.They dealt with it very quickly but it has still cost total £87 and the second lot has not been received yet.(they said it was too late to cancel)Havent even opened original one yet.

No idea who they are or what I've allegedly ordered from them. I have a pending debit card transaction on my account taking me overdrawn. I've reported this to my bank as a fraudulent transaction on my card they are now looking into it

I ordered 1 bottle of their product which was received only 7 days ago. I was surprised to get email that since my 12 day trial has ended I have been charged £79.90. When I checked my account I saw that they have, indeed taken the £79.90 from my card when I had used the product for only 4 days. I have used it for 6 days now but I have not seen any benefit. This is one of the online marketing scams. Please avoid this company and their product. I have managed to cancel my subscription, but they have refused to refund my £79.90.
