Order arrived on one day, saying order complete via DPD, not 1/2 order complete. Half the order only arrived.
Emailed both the currier and the customer service email. No one replied.
After a few days the other half the order arrived.
One item missing from order. Sent another email requesting refund for that item or for it to be sent. Still no response after 3 days.
Very poor customer service. Thus the whole experience is mediocre at best.

They eventually sent an email and issued the refund, so I give them some points back but still customer service is not great.

Absolute garbage. Sent me mouldy freeze dried fruit but didn't knock off all the mould

Found a live insect in the granola. Orderd 3 months ago. Opened it fresh the other day, live insect tried to crawl out of the bag. Emailed customer service. They said that since I ordered it 2.5 months ago, they can't comment. I wasn't looking for a refund but a bit of customer service would have been nice. I had been a repeat customer but not anymore.

The cacao powder is just awful. I wish I red the reviews here before purchasing. There was one about cacao powder and I had 100% the same experience. It doesn’t taste even a bit like cacao and it feels like you are drinking sand. They will say all products are tested and are only high quality, but I will advise them just to try their own cacao powder.
Update: I was contacted by the company and they offered me replacement with better batch. Delighted to see that they are listening to customer’s feedback and will update my review again once I try the new cacao.

I've just recently discovered Nuts In Bulk and I love them! I ordered a couple products around Halloween, so the delivery took a little longer, however it was definitely worth the wait. The products I received were of high quality and were very tasty! If you were like me and searching for a company like this one, I would definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been quite horrific.
I ordered 3kg of red kidney beans listed as French origin. When the package arrived, it was severely damaged externally, and the beans were labeled as Non-EU Agriculture - Argentina.
I contacted customer service regarding the product quality and was treated rudely. The agent immediately became defensive, even before reviewing the photos I had sent which is highly unprofessional. Once she finally saw the photos, she apologized and sent me an image of the correct label, expecting me to simply trust that the beans sitting on my counter were actually French.
Unfortunately, the agent may not have been properly trained, but this is a serious error and a clear violation of EU Regulation 1169/2011 on food information, EU Directive 2005/29/EC on unfair commercial practices, EU Regulation 2018/848 on organic production, Ireland’s Consumer Protection Act 2007 and the Code of Conduct for e-commerce.
I am a lawyer and have been buying organic food since 2010. I know the laws that apply to food labeling and sales across Europe, and they are strict for good reason.
I have reported this incident to CCPC and requested either a refund or a replacement with correctly labeled beans. However, the agent has stopped replying for several days, leaving my rightful request unresolved.
To make matters worse, since the day of the order, the website login page has been inaccessible, so I cannot check the quality or labeling of the rest of the items (including Italian brown rice and mung beans).

I have been a customer of Nutsinbulk for five years, and can not recommend this company highly enough. Here's why:
1.NIB offers excellent quality products at very competitive prices. Among other things, I buy Organic Almond Butter and Organic Peanut Butter in 5 kg containers and save a fortune!
2. There is a very good selection of Organic items, for those who prefer Organic food.
3. The packaging is eco-conscious. My large shipment arrived yesterday with only paper packaging surrounding the items.
5. The products have a clear expiry date on them.
6. If there has ever been a problem of any kind (only twice in five years), it has been easily rectified.
7. And I can't stress enough that anyone can order large quantities in bulk at very competitive prices. This is an attractive option for people with large families or others who, for whatever reason, want to buy in bulk.
I find it hard to understand why someone would write a scathing review of an entire company because one product arrived that was not satisfactory. I really do. No one - person or company - in this world is perfect. However, after five years of receiving so many products from Nutsinbulk, I know that this company is committed to doing their very best. Thank you, Nuts in Bulk. You have given me excellent quality organic food (which I need for my health) at wonderful prices, and I will always be appreciative.

Excellent products. All are super fresh and really tasty.

I ordered cocoa powder and I’ve been send some fake substance that looks and taste like a carob powder. I’m working more than 25 years with cocoa powder and never, ever had that experience. If you order low fat it usually has a taste of low class chocolate. This one tastes like Literally Nothing. So disgusting. Never, ever buy from them. You are going to waste your time and money !!! They are crooks !!!!!!!!

I made my first order DEC 8, delivery was via DPD.
Packing was excellent, quality of all the items was 5 star. I'm really excited about this one and because of their competitive prices and really good customer service response times, I'll certainly be back for more. You have not requested this review but you deserve a great one. Thanks.

Good product. Good price and fast delivery. Package was well wrapped to withstand rain when left outside door.

A few months ago I placed an order for multiple bags of seeds in paper packaging and have just recently noticed that the metal lining has started to flake off into the remaining seeds, rendering them inedible.

I got in touch with their customer service team to request the product be replaced and was thoroughly disappointed at the way they chose to handle my complaint.

They advised that any faulty/poor quality products should be reported within fifteen days in line with their policy, although this contradicts the Consumer Rights Acts 2015 in which we’re able to request a repair, replacement or refund for goods within a reasonable amount of time. A fifteen-day limit would not be enforceable by law.

Additionally, the team was extremely rude in their communication and attempted to push blame back onto the customer instead of taking ownership and apologising for the poor quality goods.

Sadly after reading a plethora of complaints on TrustPilot, I fear I’m not alone in my experience with this company and that they aren’t likely to take responsibility and make steps to improvement any time soon.

Avoid at all costs.

They USED TO BE decent enough.

However, once I got notified that one of their suppliers used an EU-banned organophosphate pesticide in one of my orders, they just decided to ignore my emails when I asked them to please make it right....so that's certainly something to contemplate.

Been ordering from Nutsinbulk for many years but this year I've had several issues unfortunately. Delivery is usually within a few days so I made an order as usual before going away in 10 days. Unfortunately nothing arrived and they hadn't even posted the goods in that time! My last order contained an item that was obviously contaminated by another product and was not edible. Rather than ask for the item back to check they said it must be my taste buds!!!!! My friends all agreed the item was contaminated after tasting it. Eventually they agreed I could send it back for a small refund but the postage was so high it wasn't worth it.

I buy hazelnuts (10kg bags) fairly regularly. Delivery is as promised, quality is great.

I have ordered twice from this company, 5 kilo of macadamia nuts in june, and 5 kilo of medjool dates + 1 kilo of dried cherries is july. All of that were of first-class quality (only cherries was to dried out) Claims can only be about minor things: cardboard parcel with macadamia arrived completely wet from one side, and the nuts crumbled from the bottom from the blows but this is obviously DPD delivery falls (thankfully my order inside was packed in plastic bag), and in second order with medjool dates, inside the box with the order, as a softener, were placed old, cut up boxes from some spices; they smelled quite strong and unpleasant and I had to throw them away immediately, fortunately the dates and cherries didn't catch smell of it.
