I'd like to say how great oak heart have been from Craig to getting the sale and especially to Annalise for keeping me updated every step.of the way through this sale. It was not as smooth as I'd hoped and did take a long time to go through but Charlie and his team did a great job to make sure we got there in the end and I am very grateful for all the teams hard work!

Oakheart helped us sell our property quickly and above market value. They were extremely efficient and supportive throughout the process, keeping us informed of all developments. Would highly recommend

The best estate agents I have used so far. They are so efficient and professional. House went on the market, 10 viewings booked within a few days and the house was under offer in less than a week. Their communication is great and I found all the staff so friendly and personable. Craig especially has been brilliant. Very polite and knowledgeable. I was very nervous having not sold a house before and he really helped me through this. I got a great deal and was extremely happy from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Well… Where do I start?

I had my house on the market for two months with another agency in that time I had over 15 viewings however no offers..

This particular agency pushed me and ultimately didn’t deliver. I have a good friend who works for Oakheart and one day we got talking, admittedly at the time I had never heard of them as they are a relatively new estate agent.

I met with Daryl who I believe is one of Oakheart‘s directors, he came to my house and agreed with the same valuation that the last estate agent had also I then decided to take the leap to also bring on Oakheart.

This was the best decision that I made and I couldn’t be happier to have taken the leap of faith, oakheart booked in over 20 viewings within the first eight days and also received five offers within the first week, comparing that to the other estate agent I was blown away, but just so happy. I believe Charlie was the actual agent who sold my house and he didn’t just accept the first offer he pushed the client as high as he thought they would go on as close to our sale price. Both Daryl and Charlie were informative professional and made both my partner and I feel extremely comfy.

Once the house was sold the stress really does begin and in my case the stress has been never ending (all down to Soliciter’s) this is where having a sales progression team is so important when selecting an estate agent. The sales progression team at Oakheart have honestly been amazing and Annalise has been a god send this past 7 months, she has been incredibly helpful and supportive.

She has constantly gone above and beyond in order to help and support me, I have probably spoken to her more times in the past seven months than my own family… she has constantly put my mind at ease and helped even by chasing parties that she has no connection to in order to get the case done and to exchange.

I cannot thank Annalise, Darell and Charlie enough along with the rest of the team at Oakheart.

Fantastic agents who helped us with little stress. Craig especially is such a great lad with so much experience especially for his age. Friendly, polite but very professional and got the job done for us quickly :) cannot recommend them enough!!

Very professional during initial period of sale with nice brochures, however it goes down hill from there. They have alot of timewasters on their buyers list that they clearly don't vet.

Craig uses high pressure sale techniques to try and get the sale through at the detriment of the seller. The sale progression team have a complete lack of knowledge around new build estate issues, i.e property maintenance companies and the need to get the deed of variation changed to satisfy mortgage providers. They made us feel that they were working on behalf of the buyer, rather than us even though they squeezed nearly 5k out of us.

Perhaps all estate agents are the same but I certainly will not use this firm again.

Oakheart have been incredible, their customer service is second to none, nothing is ever too much trouble. Cara and rich have always kept us informed and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

A very professional yet friendly group of people who make Oakheart a really good Estate Agents. Despite choosing another Agent initially, Josh kept in touch, without being pushy. Holly's photographs were outstanding, Kieron was warm and friendly showing prospective buyers around and Craig expertly negotiated a deal that suited everyone so thank you

UNREAL AGENTS

Sold our house OFF market and OVER the price we were going to list the next day but due to Craig’s unbelievable work ethic of calling every single buyer he has registered with him and actually taking the time to know what his buyers are looking for to find someone that was perfect for our home!!

Unbelievable doesn’t cover it… here’s our review of oakheart start to finish,

We love the idea of a caring agent and loved Oakheart’s marketing, the whole tree planting thing they do, it’s just admirable so we contacted Charlie when they first opened about selling and he came straight out did photos, contract, etc but after only a few days and around 20 viewers which we were very impressed with, we ended up pulling off the market as covid at that time was getting very bad and I was heavily pregnant and a high risk pregnancy meaning I was susceptible to catch things easy. Charlie and his team were nothing but supportive and lovely and thanked us for using them advising they were here any time we needed anything at all. They didn’t push us once which we liked as cannot stand a pushy agent

A year later, we then saw the market has gotten bouyant & our baby was born, thriving and older so we contacted Charlie again and advised him we are ready to market and our broker had our AIP ready. Charlie kindly discussed all with me that evening (out of working hours) asking what I’m looking for to also help with my onwards search. He booked in the professional photographer the next day. He also advised me that same night he was going to speak with his team to go through buyers as they aren’t agents who just leave rightmove to selling .. which we loved. We had heard this statement in the past from other agents but none actually ever came to light or worked as hard as Oakheart’s Craig to find us our buyer. A hour later that evening Craig rings me, hi Kim I have a viewer are they able to come over before we put you on Rightmove. Wow absolute dream. Of course I didn’t say no. The next morning Craig calls me again with several other viewers, we booked all viewers in for a couple of hour slot that day and had a few offers transpire but one in particular who was a great position that worked for us. We then went straight on to rightmove AS SOLD YAY. Oakheart got offer agreed letters drawn up immediately and worked seamlessly to find us a home! We viewed several beautiful homes through them, the viewing agent Verity was wonderful and kind calling us with anything she knew of coming available before it hit the market exactly as they did for our buyers and other interested parties
(So great to see an agent actually work to do this not leave it all to rightmove) Once we found a home and tied the chain up we were introduced to Annalise who progressed our sale smoothly from start to finish! We have now exchanged and are moving shortly! May I just add the timescale is looking at 4 months currently and not only did we sell for higher and quicker than anticipated our sale went through in 5.5 weeks due to constant chases!
