Moved to an Oakheart property recently after having very lacklustre service from our previous estate agents. Oakheart have been incredibly easy to contact and work with, as they have consistently been prompt with complaints and fixing household items. We got a new oven delivered to us within two days of us putting in a complaint, and Alesha has been a great help getting us sorted.

My experience with Oakheart has been excellent, there are always prompt and helpful. Alesha, particularly, is wonderful, extremely helpful, understanding, and really good at getting problems solved quickly and effectively. She, and Oakheart at large, made moving so so much easier than previous experiences with other estate agents

Can’t thank oakheart enough for getting our house sold. When we decided to sell with oakheart the process was quick, easy and as stress free as possible, the pictures were brilliant and communication was fantastic throughout, the online portal with both ours and our buyers progress is a massive bonus!

Fantastic new Elite Estate Agents in Sudbury. Excellent group of people to worth with. I wasn't always in Sudbury but the whole office kept an eye on my house from day 1 through to completion. After a disappointing experience with a previous local estate agent, I can not speak more highly of the service we received from Oakheart. We were buying our first home and every step of the way the whole team were helpful, polite and efficient and any question or request however large or small was dealt with promptly. We were very impressed with Tommy in the Sudbury office from suggesting and arranging viewings as we were 2 hours away to calling outside of office hours to confirm our offer had been accepted.
