Stellar experience from Oakwood. I approached them to take on a small claims case although I know that they usually deal with much bigger matters. Oakwood were glad to take the case on and this helped eliminate a stressful 6 month period for me. Laura Barbera provided an exceptional service and took care of the case professionally. Laura and the team were very knowledgeable and provided good advice. They helped to take the case successfully to completion and I am happy with the outcome. In future I will not hesitate to use their services again and will recommend them to friends who require similar legal representation. Thank you again to Laura and the team.

I have been going through a very long winded bathle with an awful company over some health and safety failings which resulted in permanent damage.
My solicitor has been Natasha Hardy and she is phenomenal. Natasha is on the ball, efficient, informative and very hard working, I haven't had the end result yet but I feel as though I am in safe hands.

I was advised they can’t do anything about my claim as don’t have enough time well my question to you is your supposed to find the time to support the customer who’s is elderly and vulnerable but who cares 😡

Joshua has been dealing with my case. He keeps me informed at every stage of the case he is dealing with on my behalf. At every stage whether it be arranging for appointments I can confirm that he undertakes each issue in a methodical manner and keeps me informed in a timely manner.

I contacted the team regarding an issue with court action for a diminished value claim against myself. I spoke to Rob and he was absolutely amazing. He emailed me straight away and gave me his professional advice on what to do. He even went above and beyond by emailing me out of office hours to help with my concern.
