5 stars! Absolutely brilliant! I received great support and advice all the way through. My case took years and happened through Covid etc but Natasha Hardy in particular, went over and above for me in a very complex case. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and in particular Natasha. I felt she understood and appreciated me throughout. Natasha always gave the best advice and knew so much. The team also, including Cameron, were of great help and support. You can rest easy knowing this this Company will do their very best for you. My case was completed by Natasha, who I feel in particular, went over and above and secured the best settlement for me. Her legal knowledge was second to none. I am so grateful for their exceptional service. Thankyou so much, Natasha. You helped me more than you will ever know. 5 stars!

I was recommended them by a friend. I sent over a lot of documents, evidence everything for my claim. Ian said he couldn’t help with my claim. The reasons he provided didn’t even make sense, apparently if you have had a grievance appeal “rejected” you cannot go to a solicitor? Does that even make sense. He also said I was “out of date” which is not correct as it was a on going issue. And I feel if he took the time to listen to my response to his email instead of ignoring my responding email he would realise this. But it seems they just couldn’t be bothered with me. I’ll take my claim for discrimination at work, bullying and harassment, deductions in wages and constructive dismissal elsewhere.

From the first phone call to the final deal, Lucy’s help and support in providing me with the professional help I needed to get a good severance deal from my employer was invaluable. She was always available to advise, providing me with measured, sound advice and, when needed, the determination to ensure I got an appropriate settlement. I would very much recommend Oakwoods to anyone else struggling to make a settlement claim against their employer.

Having taken it on the chin that I had lost my pension through a bad transfer investment several years ago I was shocked when approached by a no win no fee offer to regain it . I was sceptical and reluctant to commit to this , but someone on the phone convinced me to go ahead . Stay away from this firm.

They do not follow their own values and are not empathetic. The staff (not all) need more training. Some of the staff are lovely apart from HR. They show zero interest and support. This firm likes to waste your time and do not understand or follow the values they share. They do not like it if you say no, and believe they can pressure you. They are not supportive at all. They like to show they are a good firm, but they do not implement this in their role. They do not send out work contracts straight away and delay this process so you are unable to bring a claim for dismissal or have further concerns.

Please use a different firm. Please do not work here. There are plenty of firms to chose from in Leeds and surrounding areas but avoid this one. I’m sure other firms will have more of an understanding approach and will follow their framework and values when it comes to staff.

Old building - no safety and well being for employees. Lift is out of service and has been for a long time.
