Editing my review after I got my money back.
Made a booking for a hotel, obilet took my money from card, and I didnât get any booking confirmation. They said that I didnât pay and they didnât get my money. Spend a half of a day, and today I got my money back, but lost this booking, and as a result weekend will not go as planned.
Support wasnât great. Didnât really try to help.
Wouldnât recommend to book a hotel through them, but for bus tickets is ok.
