Owen was fantastic and I would highly recommend his services. We had an application for two padel courts submitted directly next to our home by our local tennis club and it was a very stressful time for us. Owen guided us through the process and wrote the perfect objection letter on our behalf. With Owen's assistance the application was thankfully refused. Using Owen is, without a single doubt, worth every penny!

An undesirable individual submitted an application for planning permission to build a monstrous two-storey extension on the house next door. Having objected to a similar carbuncle previously in layman's terms and having been brushed aside by the council planning committee I knew I needed expert help.

Great letter was key to successful objection 20th May 2024. Owen was simply great, very knowledgeable, he quickly collected details of a neighbours plans and my concerns, and detailed several issues in a letter which addressed deviations of compliances with local and national planning requirements. The letter Own wrote was professionally and technically laid out, making clear all the reaons the neighbours plans should be rejected, and without doubt would have doubly focused the local authorities planning department decisions to rejecting the plans.
