Would not recommend. Unsuccessful objection and zero communication after invoice was paid.

Owen has recently helped us object to an application to build a house on a garden adjacent to our property. From start to finish, Owen provided an effective, technically-competent and professional service and we would certainly be very happy to recommend Objection Experts.

When we initially saw details of the planning application, we didn't think we had grounds to object, but within 15 mins of an initial discussion with Owen, he had produced an outline plan of relevant grounds. He produced a full letter of objection for us within the agreed timescale and was more than happy to explain and discuss its contents before submission.

At the time of writing, we are still waiting for the decision on the application, but we are confident that with Owen's help, we couldn't have done any more. Whatever the outcome, Owen's objection was excellent. His knowledge of 'all things planning' was very impressive and we would certainly use Objection Experts again.

I was more than a little surprised when a planning application, that I had been told was lapsed by our LPA reared its head again in the shape of an application trying to get works done certified as lawful and therefore deemed commencement of development.
Despite being informed by other ‘ experts ‘ that this might have been a lost cause, Owen believed that this was not the case.
His knowledge of the intricacies of planning laws was impressive to say the least.
He very quickly produced a ‘ planning speak ‘ objection to the application and explained to me the reasoning behind it.
We learned only yesterday that the application has been refused and the planning officer in her report recommending refusal mirrored the reasoning submitted in Owen’s argument.
When opposing a planning application it often feels like there is nobody on your side and at all stages of our fight, outline, ARM & other associated applications for this development this was our experience up until now.
I cannot recommend Objection Experts highly enough.

We contacted Owen to help us with an objection to a developer's planning proposals next door. What a find he has been....his indepth working knowledge and experience of planning and the vast array of local and national policies has been priceless. I urgently required a reasoned objection to my neighbour's proposed HMO. Owen worked well into the night to beat a deadline & the proposal was rejected today.

Owen has been a great help to us in formulating an objection to a retrospective planning application. He is completely professional and knowledgeable.
