Pas sérieux, SAV inexistant
2eme achat de cette marque, il n'y aura pas de 3ème fois, c'est sûr ! Tant que la brosse à dent fonctionne pas de soucis, mais si vous rencontrez un problème ou ne serait-ce qu'une question ils sont incapables de répondre ou vous demandent un nombre incalculable d'éléments (vidéo, photos, preuve d'achat alors que j'ai déjà communiqué mon n° de commande sur leur site, etc). L'application n'est pas prévue pour les gauchers, et juste un an après l'achat la brosse à dents est déjà en panne. Absolument pas sérieux et pas de communication en français alors qu'ils ont un site.fr 👎 Marque à éviter !!! Le prix ne suffit pas, il faut que l'article fonctionne

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Tried to purchase product as advertised as free delivery, but includes delivery charge in final total. Contacted customer service who asked for screenshot as should be no delivery charge. Sent screenshot and heard nothing back, sent another three messages and nothing back. This is not a reliable company and should be avoided, other reliable companies can be used for their products.

Horrible service
Horrible service, on the web page they claim 3 days delivery time, it's been over 2 weeks now, but toothbrush still has not been delivered, and there is no communication from the customer service or any apology.

Huge delays, zero communication
I placed my order nine weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. No updates on delays. Really disappointed as I have since moved house and will have to travel to pick my package up when it eventually arrives.
