The delivery system was a nightmare, wrong dates, wrong address, wrong times
I hated the product before even opening it because the delivery service UPS was so dysfunctional

Customer service experience is excellent!! Fast, responsive, open communication. Easy to deal with. Friendly. Really just an overall fantastic company to deal with.

The overall experience was pleasant, no surprises! Im sad that i did not get the advertised comb etc. for the sofa.
The sofa itself is comfy but pretty low to the ground,that’s on me because the measurements are accurate

The product itself is great, but the shipping experience is quite unpleasant. It took almost one month for the sofa to get to my place. The warehouse is 45 mins away from where I live. Ive been told I was gonna receive it at one time, threw my old couch, and I was 2 weeks without a couch because they assured me i was gonna receive it at the right time. When they delivered the couch no notifications nothing. They left the 1400$ couch outdoor. I had to rush them, send them many messages to finally get a date of delivery.

Purchased puffy domino loveseat on July 1st with the understanding that it was sold out and would be available August 17th. Never received my couch until August 30th.
Extremely long wait time with no offer of discount or savings.
Am happy with the couch now though!!

Not good at communicating delivery or even following up on updates. Delivery was not together and was a week later than originally expected

Je suit vraiment content de mon sofa. Vraiment, au de la de mes attente. Et je suis fier d'avoir encouragé un entreprise canadienne de Montréal. Bravo Oclody. Point à amélioré une correspondance bilingue, français et anglais. Et shop ne m'indiquait pas ou en était les étape de livraison.

Love. Love. Loooooove the couch! Delivery planning and communication to customers needs work. However, the staff were so kind and accommodating, I give back a half point - so, 4.5!

It was practical to carry the rolls into our basement, as well as cutting and setting up was super fast! We like the couch, it’s comfortable, firm and it fits the space really well.

Couch is wonderful we love it and customer service was excellent when we had oopsie with the color of ottoman shipped with the couch. Very much recommended !

Je n'ai pas reçu encore mon sofa. Ca fait presque un mois que je l'ai commandé. Quand je demande plus d'information on me donne des informations floues sur le shipping. J'avais même envoyé un courriel quelques jours avant la date (supposée) de livraison on me confirme que j'allais le recevoir à temps. J'ai donné mon sofa, maintenant je m'assois par terre, super fun !

Very helpful when contacted with a change. Quick to respond and product came easy to unwrap. My son loves the new couch and hope to gets years of use out of it.

Waited 5 weeks for our delivery window. Now the delivery window has come and went and we are still waiting to hear back from customer service. Very disappointing
