Delighted with quality of glasses, price , speedy delivery and excellent communication, Would definitely recommend and use again

First ever review for something – I was very sceptical, as so many online places selling sunglasses. The glasses that arrived are NOT fake, and arrived next day, very well packaged – by courier that could be tracked. All communication was excellent. Got a dispatched notification about 5 mins after ordering. Would recommend.

Received my rayban in very well packaged, delivered with track & trace and also sign for.

I originally ordered a pair of sunglasses from OCO to go on holiday with as their frames are a great price. Unfortunately I received a similar but wrong coloured pair - contacted customer service expecting some delay but they got back to me in less than 12 hours and were so apologetic and helpful. They went out of their way to exchange the sunglasses in time for me to take on holiday and were helpful through the whole process. Fantastic customer service and genuinely nice people, will not hesitate to buy from again.

After a disappointing experience elsewhere, I found my wanted Tom Ford glasses here....yet there was no stock showing. I called the company who ordered them in specially. Since they ran a special promotion on the designer, I ordered an identical pair in a different colour frame as sun glasses and they tinted these to match a sample I send them together with my prescription. I was being kept informed of my order status at all times. The service was fantastic and I received both pairs of spectacles yesterday, well packed, free delivery. What more can one ask fir?

I was looking for the dita Mach three sunglasses everywhere as they were sold out on every trusted website I could think of. I stumbled across oco site and after doing research on the website I decided to contact them in regards to the sunglasses. Customer service was excellent, I literally received a reply back straight away within the same day. I sent a few messages to keep track of my item and I always got a response back the same day, within a few hours if anything. The best thing about oco is that you can also keep live track of where your parcel is and what number in the queue you are. You also get free next day delivery which is a bonus so there is no waiting around for your item. Overall I would definitely use this company again, they are not overly priced, good prices and excellent service.

Placed my order early afternoon and received next day by 11.30am. 1 hour delivery slot given.

Came across the site and one does come across loads of sites selling shades, so hard to discern what's true what's fake.

I came across Oco and was pleased to see they were UK based, I called them, a friendly lady from Bolton answered, I mentioned that they had the glasses i wanted but it was not as cheap as the other sites, they price matched and I got the glasses the next day ready for the wife's birthday.

Most of the sites stress 7-10 days some even say weeks, I got it the next day with emails notifying me of the tracking right through to delivery.

Solid, friendly, reliable service and I am now looking for a pair for me!

Had some grief trying to buy a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses form two online retailers with items incorrect or being lost in the post. Found OCO and not only did they offer the best price but they delivered in two days free of charge and the glasses were exactly what I ordered...excellent!

There were a few issues surrounding the delivery of my sunglasses but OCO did everything they could to resolve it and compensate me for any inconveniences.
