Octane quickly and efficiently to complete my client’s auction purchase completed in time. Along with the competitive pricing this made a great combination and ended with a very satisfied client.

Octane are a fantastic funder in the bridging, refurbishment and development space. They are not only well priced and flexible but they are also a pleasure to deal with. They have clearly created an excellent work culture and this really shines through. I particularly enjoy working with Fran Woodhouse as she is very knowledgable, is always fast to respond and knows her craft. Structuring a deal with Fran is a breeze. Rick are Alex are also fantastic, and its great to be able to speak directly with underwriters and SLT.

I recently placed a case with Octane for a client of mine purchasing an office block with apartments above, with the intent to convert the asset into a fully residential asset for rental purposes.

From outset, Francesca Woodhouse was incredibly quick in sending initial loan terms and was on hand throughout the entire application whenever needed. In addition, our dedicated case manager Chris Harrison was extremely communicative and flexible with his approach to the underwriting, right through to completion. Both Fran and Chris are incredible assets to Octane and we wouldn't have completed a very tricky case without them steering the ship and showing their knowledge and expertise of bridging finance. A fantastic result for me and my clients and can't wait for the next deal together.
