This was the first time we have introduced one of our clients to Octane for refurbishment finance. I would recommend them in future, Shrena and Daniel were fantastic from start to completion. We were working on a very tight completion deadline, which was easily achieved.

Octane Capital agreed to terms which were very competitive and matched my clients requirements.

It was a simple developer exit loan but suffered many delays by the clients solicitors.

Octane worked very closely with me and my client to ensure we completed as quickly as possible, they went over and above to keep the pressure on the solicitors and without their assistance this deal could possibly not have completed successfully or been further delayed creating additional costs.
