Girl/Lady on the phone was very helpful and professional. Answering all my queries clearly.

Simply my emails were acknowledged and acted upon.

Very happy with the service
And most importantly monthly charges are reasonable

Its too early to judge anything else but I must say the signing up and the switch over went smoothly. Hope they keep it up. Just glad to be rid of Bionic they are a nightmare.
