Esperienza orribile non comprerò mai più nulla di questo brand e sconsiglio a chiunque di farlo. Ho acquistato un paio di occhiali da Sole sul sito ufficiale , arriva la consegna che non ti dicono dal loro sito al momento dell’acquisto che verrà gestita da Farfetch ed ecco la sorpresa : il pacco contiene tutto meno che gli occhiali da sole : c’è la custodia , c’è la pezzuola per pulire gli occhiali , tutto originale ma non ci sono gli occhiali .
Denuncio subito al servizio clienti ma è tutto inutile , dopo un mese mi viene detto che a loro la consegna risulta effettuata (vero mi hanno consegnato un pacco senza l’acquisto) LADRI!

I have not had good customer service, I did not receive responses from the provider and being a page with so much prestige, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have had a very big mistake, such as sending a product in poor condition, and it seems that they didn't care. Talking to them has been complicated since they didn't usually respond to messages immediately and they haven't given me any facility to send the next product. , I had to look for myself to have the order on time

Ordered a pair of off white sneakers from their website and was utterly delighted….. came from Italy in a week… perfect fit… super comfortable and very cool…… had read other reviews and was a bit worried…. But I love them

Non potevamo immaginare che non potessero stare a contatto con l'acqua, ci siamo rivolti al servizio clienti e ci hanno detto che non possono fare niente ma che dovevamo leggere le istruzioni.
Potevano informarci quando le abbiamo acquistate

Ho acquistato un portafoglio per mio figlio 20 giorno si è screpolate la pelle. Ho reclamato dopo 4 mesi mi hanno detto che non c'è rimborso .per favore mi aiutata a far condividere questo messaggio .così la gente capisce .che una azienda poco seria .

Mio figlio acquista un paio di snakers a polacchino nel negozio OFF-WITHE all'autlet di serravalle la vigilia di natale 2023 pagandole 500 euro,le indossa 3 volte e la suola di una scarpa si crepa, la prima settimana di gennaio ci rechiamo al negozio di Serravalle, dove ci viene consigliato di mandare delle foto della scarpa danneggiata che ci avrebbero pensato loro a girare il reclamo all'assistenza, dopo circa un mese ci rispondono che non possono fare nulla perche' la scarpa si e' rotta x l'uso ....indossata 3 volte x circa 4/5 ore a volta, ci rivolgiamo all'associazione del consumatore ADICONSUM e prendono loro la pratica scrivendo al negozio di Serravalle, stessa risposta gia' avuta, e' colpa di mio figlio che le ha usate, doveva metterle in una teca di vetro...
non comprate scarpe e accessori di quella marca,costano un occhio e valgono "0"....soldi rubati.

Borsa off white in “pelle”, durata due mesi utilizzandola solo il weekend ogni tanto, tutti gli angoli rovinati, pelle consumata e staccata dopo nemmeno 15 utilizzi!! Borsa da 1500 euro durata meno di quelle prese da SHEIN 😒

The shipping method is ridiculous! If you like the
off—white Brand, I suggest that you all look for the vendor’s products else wear instead of ordering from the website itself , because off—white , wants you to be a home to sign off on a $35 dollar item.. ( in my eyes $325) I work for a living. I am not taking off work to be at home to sign an item that’s not even worth over 1k. I get items shipped from Balenciaga, gucci , etc over 1k and I don’t have to sign for it and if I do, the hassle isn’t like how off—white sets their shipment up. I suggest you order from Saks, Nieman, Bloomingdale’s , Nordstrom if you want a product from off—white!

Garbage quality! I have worn the new Off-White sneakers only 3 times for short walks to office, mostly being in my car. pieces of the sole broke and they say it's my fault that I didn't wear them properly. I probably should have put storage bags over them and carried them on the street. A quality product never breaks its sole in 3 days!

Ho comprato una cintura 6 mesi fa, dopo 4 mesi si è rovinato un buco, poi la abbiamo portata dal calzolaio e mi ha detto che non si può sistemare perché è di CARTONE, quando lo ho saputo non ci volevo credere. Non comprate cose di questo genere, non è corretto farla pagare così tanto, non ne vale la pena.

Le vulcanized sono terribili, comprate due volte; bellissime da vedere ma entrambe mi si sono aperte (suola scollata) dopo 7/10 utilizzi. Una vergogna per una scarpa da 250/300 euro. Prodotte non ricordo dove.
Ho preso un altro modello Made in Italy sono ancora perfette dopo un anno. Non capisco la differenza

Bad quality products and bad customer service.

The worst customer service and the worst quality. You pay big dollars and you got a garbage quality. The color run on the material of the shoe and if you go out make sure to read the weather of the day because if you get caught in the rain like we did and the sneakers are defect like we got them , the water was coming from the outside of the in sole to the shoe than each time you gone wear them it’s going to make your feet stink. I contacted off white and they asked me pictures and a ton of questions few emails back and forth for nothing,than they said it was wear and tear ,a reel joke my daughter use her sneakers 4 time and they said that it was wear and tear. They didn’t even mention the fact that the color run on the material of the sneakers they washed their hands with a poor excuse. I will never by off white or suggest people to buy this bran. They are not behind their product and trust me it would of cost them nothing to change the sneakers and make a customer happy, they fabric the sneakers in china for $10 and sell it for $500 and give you garbage quality
It’s a shame and then they say in their website that they are here to give you the best service what a lies

Ordered a pair of sunglasses and they just broke on the side after two moths of using them. Literally the screw on the side just dissappeared.
Customer service for online shopping is a shame. They really dont care that you spent more than 200 usd for such a bad item and atention quality.

Na een regenbui lieten naden los en liep de verf uit, eindeloos veel heen en weer gemaild, foto’s gestuurd maar we kunnen fluiten naar een vergoeding!!!

I ordered a 600$ pair of shoes, when I received it i could see that my package had been opened during the shipment. When I opened the box it was an old pair of nike inside. I contacted the support to get a replacement or a refund, they answered that they will check my pictures and get back to me with a solution. But 1 month after I still have no update. I will have to file a chargeback with my bank to get my refund. Worst online experience ever !

Heb een broek van off-white gekocht.
Bij opening kwam ik erachter dat de letters beschadigd waren.
Dit doorgegeven bij de winkel.
Met de bon en de aankoopdatum alles er netjes bij.
Na 3 maanden wachten op reactie van de customer care te horen gekregen dat het gebruikersschade was.
Onmogelijk als je hem net uit de verpakking haalt.
Ben hier tegen in gegaan en er werd nog een keer naar gekeken na weer 1,5 maand wachten op reactie,te horen gekregen dat ze bij hun besluit blijven.
Nog nooit zo’n slechte ervaring meegemaakt met een duur merk.
SCHANDALIG!
