I spent $400 on a pair of glasses. They broke a month later on the side and when I went back to see if they can fix them, I got the worst attitude and a big NO. Even after I showed the the receipt. Poor unprofessional customer service. Will never step in the Soho place again

Esperienza inesistente, come il loro servizio clienti. Avevo necessità di un loro riscontro, come azienda di moda importante, ma mi sono resa conto che di importante è solo il costo dei loro capi e il cliente viene ignorato.

Ordered a pair of shoes. Delivery was great. But the shoes they sent me had been a return. Didn’t come with the authenticity card, there was only stuffing in one of the shoes and the soles had so much marks on them.. including two parts that were sticky. Contacted customer service and the guy didn’t seem half bothered about what I had to say. He told me to send him a photo of the shoe which I did do but guess what? No reply. I suggest buying from in store instead of online.

Acquisto degli occhiali,arrivano con 2 giorni di anticipo e .... il pacco era vuoto. Sigillato e vuoto.
L azienda mi dice che provvede all indagine ma non mi manda l articolo né il rimborso di una cifra elevata

Such an irresponsible company.
I have ordered pair of shoes on 1st of July and to this day (18/07) I have not received anything. When I called them, very rude and careless customer service I received.
My suggestion: never buy anything from their website. If you want this brand, find another retailers.

Molto dispiaciuta.. perché amo la marca, ma è impensabile sottostare alle loro tempistiche di spedizione, soprattutto per un brand così di alta gamma.
Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe dal valore di 475€ per un regalo.
In 2-3 giorni lavorativi sarebbero dovute arrivare o per lo meno essere spedite(come scritto sul loro sito) invece è passata già una settimana ed ancora l'ordine è da processare.. una vergogna!!
Senza contare che si tratta di un brand ITALIANO, e non c'è un servizio clienti in lingua.. bah

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on the 19th of this month 6/19/23. They finally shipped from Italy over towards Memphis. They got there and sat in the transit for a good 8/9 days. I was constantly checking daily to see if maybe they made it over to California where I live. But Nope it says returning to sender, package won’t be delivered. Iv been waiting almost two weeks for this to happen and i spent 200$ on the glasses. Won’t be ordering from their website again. I’m hoping i can even manage to get a refund because they are super hard to get ahold of. Worst experience ever. 1 STAR

I ordered shoes and returned them, following the procedure and return label from Off White. The packages got lost during the return proces. I have the proof that the packages was returned in good order and contacted Off White several times now to get this sorted and receive my payment in return. I did not received any reply from them since January 30th and they still did not refund the payment. I paid almost €400 and Off White is refusing too reply and solve this matter. Do not buy anthing from them!

Quality is trash. Purchased an off white strap for my Apple Watch and after not even wearing it a week it began to peel away at the clasp. Emailed off white about this and they just directed me to the original retailer, original retailer wanted me to return it for investigating but I was too worried about them not returning it because I’m not able to buy another because they’ve sold out. I love the strap itself but it’s just getting worse and worse peeling away.

Ever since I did my first purchase back in August 2022, my interest in this Designer Brand has surprisingly gone up! From buying the Industrial Belt I wear with most of my outfits to Shoes and Bags, clearly Off-White is my favorite. I love how their website has a good user interface and it's different from other Designer Brand's websites. The photos of their products are always the same as their products face to face, currently, I'm excited about the boots and wallet I recently purchased! Other than that, I just wish they'd open up a store in New Zealand so I won't always have to be careful with the currency exchange and pay extra for it to enter NZ since most of their items I like tend to be reaching $1,000 NZD and more.

Having purchased a pair of Off-white industrial belt sliders, after being worn a handful of times the support band begin to peel away from the sole. I informed off-white directly who weren’t willing to take Blame of the faulty product and only offered for the product to be repaired at a cost. After informing them that I had actually purchased the item from one of their retailers they then proceeded to pass the blame onto them and were willing to take any action for their own product for what’s meant to be a high quality designer brand

Extremely bad quality for this price. I've had 3 pair of off-white shoes, none of them lasted longer than 2 months. The laces will break, the letters/arrows etc. on the sides will fall off and the tag will break after every day use. Worst of all, when you ask to get any of it replaced they tell you they can't do anything for you.

Off-white brand accessories and bags are not even a mass market quality! Bought a 1200 eur bag and after using it less than a year the lock just broke. Had to send it back to MyTheresa (reseller). The reseller actually tried to help me and they wanted to fix my bag, but, attention, - brand didn‘t reply! To fix the bag we needed a new X logo rotating lock, but noone got back to us to help. I waited 5 months, continually communicating to the support representatives of MyTheresa, and they never had news for me from the brand. Please avoid Off-white, they do not care about buyers or resellers, because they know how poor the quality of their items is. Disaster!

Quality is horrible
Bought a swim suit and the print went off when i swam with it and when i went back to off white they told me its not a production issue !!! Which means they produce bad quality products
My son bought a jacket and the zipper broke, went to them and they told me we cant fix it

Ho acquistato un paio di off white odys 1000 alla modica cifra di 590 euro.
Dopo un paio di utilizzi ho notato che la parte anteriore che ricopre il puntale della scarpa aveva cambiato colore e si erano completamente ingiallite e ingottite,nonostante non le avessi mai lavate ma solo pulite un paio di volte con un panno umido.
Ho contattato il centro assistenza, ho mandato le foto come mi avevano chiesto ma mi hanno risposto che è un problema dovuto all utilizzo.
Per loro è normale che un paio di sneakers pagate 600 euro dopo un paio di utilizzi cambino completamente colore.
Sconsiglio a tutti di avere a che fare con questo marchio poco serio che di griffato ha solo il prezzo dei prodotti e nulla di più.
VERGOGNOSI E LADRI.

Received an empty box and they refused to give me a refund or a new shirt. It also took them a month and a half to even answer me. Very mad, this company sucks and I will never ever order from them again!

I really wish I could give Off White zero star. I bought a Hat from a few months ago and the cotton is starting to develop a red colour which looks strange on a black hat. I reached out to Gabrielle.S in there CS team and was told that its not a manufacturing related. So there was noting they could do. This totally blows my mind for a luxury brand to make statements like this. Please please do not shop here they have no standards and hold no value in the quality of their products.

ho acquistato 4 mesi fa le vulcanized basse, nonostante siano state usate poco si è scollata la suola di entrambe le scarpe pagate ben 225 euro,da una scarpa con un costo così elevato mi aspetto una qualità eccellente e invece...

Scarpe che costano tanto ma che non valgono nulla! Dopo pochi utilizzi si sono completamente usurate e scollate. Prodotto pessimo! E in più l'assistenza non prende assolutamente in considerazione il reclamo. Una vergogna. Sconsigliato!!! NON SPENDETE SOLDI PER QUESTO SCHIFO DI SCARPE!
