Really bad experience. Bought a swim short . after 3 washings the whole logo pealed off.
the customer service said after 7 weeks of editing -they can not change a worn item. worst customer service i ever experienced !!! Never off white again!

Products are cheaply made for the prices you pay I bought a pair of $400 sunshades and within 3 months of having them and wearing them less than 10 times both the X logos are off. And I have no clue when they came off meaning they must’ve came off while wearing.

Purchased a pair of off-white sliders and after wearing twice the rubber is fading away and blistering. Contacted customer service and told this was normal wear and tear. Do not waste your money on their expensive items as the quality does not last. Disgusting customer service and inadequate products from a so called “high end premium” fashion brand. Avoid!

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe Off White Odsy 1000 pagandole ben 590€.
Dopo averle usate qualcosa come 4/5 volte la suola mi si è scollata completamente rendendo così impossibile usarle. Allora contatto il posto dove le ho acquistate e mi dice di riportarle e una volta fatto ciò le mandano in fabbrica Off White. Dopo un mese ancora non erano tornate e allora insisto con le telefonate finché mi ritornano. Ritornano e …… le avevano rincollate in maniera fatta male e che si vedeva. Io pensavo che mi avrebbero dato un altro paio nuovo invece mi sono state date le stesse sistemate malamente infatti tempo 5 utilizzi e hanno rincominciato a scollarsi. Allora ora non le uso più e ho praticamente buttato via 590€.

Received a poor confirmation with a number 52430 since then all I have is a status showing ‘.processing’ and I haven’t received any updates nor goods. Also an extra order (52429 as pending ?? It is now over 6 weeks!
No answer to my email
Will ask PayPal to look into it

Il logo delle scarpe off- White modello vulcanized a contatto con l acqua scarica il nero sulla tela bianca.Ci hanno risposto che è colpa dell uso.Ma.....Mio figlio le ha indossato 1 sola volta e una si e'bagnata in una pozzanghera .Ci rimborsano circa 20 euro x l acquisto diprodotti perpulirle.Pessimo acquisto concordo pienamente con le altre recensioni. 215 euro spese al vento .VERGOGNA

Scarpe usa e fette così si devono chiamare 10 giorni tutte scollate

Acquistate scarpe da 490 euro due mesi fa per festeggiare un'occasione speciale. Il logo non regge l'acqua (ma sono scarpe!), scolorisce e spande il colore nero sulla tela bianca. Irrecuperabili. Mi chiedo se, secondo loro, la scarpa va messa solo con il sole o, se per caso piove, devo toglierle mentre sono per strada per non rovinarle. L'azienda non si ritiene responsabile perché sostengono che c'è scritto ma, a mio avviso, dovrebbero avvisare prima che le persone spendano una cifra così alta e non scriverlo in foglietto minuscolo dentro alla scatola che puoi leggere solo dopo l'acquisto. Non può essere in circolazione un prodotto così scadente e un'azienda così irresponsabile.

Purtroppo l’opzione 0 STELLE non è presente, quindi sono obbligata a recensire una stella.
Mercoledì sera mi reco nel punto vendita di forte dei marmi per comprare un paio di scarpe per un costo di 490€. Il venerdì mattina mi si scollano le suole in entrambe le scarpe. Chiaramente contatto la rivenditrice del punto vendita di forte dei marmi, la quale mi risponde di tornare in negozio con le mie scarpe che AVREBBE PROVATO A INCOLLARMI LE SUOLE.
Sono veramente indignata dal brand. Una delusione. Mi aspettavo scarpe di ottima qualità, ma soprattutto un’assistenza e un sevizio alla clientela decisamente migliore .

Parto col dire che il modello esteticamente è molto bello questo va ammesso, ma solo dopo qualche utilizzo la suola si è iniziata a staccare, ho provato a contattare tramite social, telefonicamente e via mail, e non ho avuto nessun riscontro e nessuna risposta!

Do una stella perché 0 non me le fa dare.
Acquistato un paio di scarpe 3 mesi fa, 2 gocce di pioggia le hanno rovinate, non sono riuscita in nessun modo a ripulire.
Per di più si sono scollate e le suole si staccano... ho contattato l'assistenza e mi hanno proposto il 10% del valore delle scarpe ....assurdo.

was at the store in person. genuinely waited in line for 2+ hours and there was like 10 people around me. manager is a ducking beta male who lets randoms walk in off the street if they look cool enough. genuinely saw the store security lift up the divider for multiple people who did not wait in line whatsoever. it was extremely hot out and he didn’t even have the balls to look the people who he was dicking down in the eyes. He literally pretended like the whole line didn’t exsist (only when it was convenient for him) and that for some reason the people coming to actually shop were a bother. multiple times we saw people get let out the store and then no one else was let in for another long period of time. the store workers were not helpful at all and seemed more interested in gossiping among each other. had a very “duck off im busy” atmosphere even tho everyone just stood around with their thumb up their ass. i don’t know why the fat security guard needed a suit, he just looked like a clown and was the most unprofessional person i met. workers seemed more apt to help me (male) compared to my female friend. we both bought the same shoes and hers didn’t come with the dust bag mine did. miami location

Ho acquistato per mio figlio circa due mesi fa un paio di sneakers off white su Farfetch, in tela del costo di 190€. Al secondo utilizzo per due gocce di pioggia si sono irrimediabilmente macchiate di grigio quasi dappertutto tanto da sembrare vecchie di anni. Ho cercato di pulirle ma nulla, erano inguardabili. Dopo un po' si è scollata anche la para intorno. Ho scritto alla Farfetch per denunciare tutto ciò e chiedere sostituzione o reso, mi hanno chiesto foto da mandare al brand Off white il quale mi ha negato la sostituzione ed anche un minimo di rimborso o altro, asserendo che è un problema che può capitare e che non costituisce un difetto tale da richiedere una sostituzione. Pertanto è palese l'assoluta mancanza di qualità dei prodotti, il cui successo è dato solo da un misero sistema pubblicitario, l'assoluta inadeguatezza dei prezzi per prodotti che valgono zero, l'assoluta e vergognosa mancanza di serietà e disponibilità dell'azienda che non si assume la benché minima responsabilità di un prodotto che è quasi da buttare dopo qualche utilizzo, infischiandosene dei soldi che il cliente ha letteralmente regalato. Siete semplicemente dei ladri autorizzati.
Se fosse stato previsto non avrei dato neanche una stella.

After 8 months of wearing the Vulcs the toe began to stain with a weird brown grey colour after get the toe box wet once and the soles are now separating away from the body of the shoe all around. Absolute garbage for the money.
