Recentelijk een Refurbished Vitra ID Mesh besteld welke keurig keurig binnen de gestelde termijn is bezorgd. Stoel ziet er voro een Refurbished stoel super uit.
Zelf vergeten om de gratis zachte wielen te kiezen bij het bestellen. Na chat contact hebben ze direct deze wielen alsnog kosteloos nagesturud. Dat is nog eens service !!

Nobody asked me to write this review. I am writing this because I used other people's reviews when making my purchase decision from offeco. So this is me giving back to the community and offeco for a good experience.
I ordered the herman miller sayl black comfort. The "A condition" one. Used standard delivery. Not express. I received my order exactly in 5 business days after placing order on the website. I was surprised because this was my only worry that I had after having read some reviews of people reporting to have waited 2-4 weeks in some cases. I now can assure you that that is not typical and only in very rare cases it might happen. I ordered it to Lithuania and it came by DPD. So DPD doesn't bring the box all the way upstairs. I live in fifth floor and it was really heavy to bring it all the way up although it was only 18kgs. But that's DPD, nothing to do with offeco.

As per the product, it looks perfectly new. No dust or debris. Spotless. I was surprised even with this considering it was a refurbished one. As for the functionality, it is fully loaded and has all the functionality. Even though the customer care agent on their website chat told me it wouldn't come with adjustable lumbar, somehow it came with an adjustable lumbar too.

As per the forward tilt mechanism, at first I thought its defective but I later learnt through a youtube video that it can only be activated during back tilt. When not tilted back, the forward tilt thingy doesn't move.

Assembly was easy, no instructions were given but was pretty intuitive. Just plug everything in place. No screws or anything. Except the seat which required me to watch a video to align, remove the lock and click it in position.

As per the condition of the chair, everything works very smoothly, no cracking or any other sounds. Moves smoothly. All the mechanisms work as intended. I am 5 foot 4 inches tall. And for me this chair feels extremely comfortable. Goes to a really low height. Lumbar hits me exactly where I want it to hit since I can adjust it.

Also, I was considering whether to go with refurbishedmiller.com site to buy or this one. Ultimately decided to go with offeco as they had the black color and the price was a 100euros cheaper. Even though offeco didn't advertise features like forward tilt and adjustable lumbar support, it was there. At least during chat they confirmed forward tilt exists.

Achat d'un Aeron Miller il y a un peu plus d'1 mois.
J'ai choisi ce site car il y avait de bons commentaires sur eux, pas mal de chaises dispo à moitié prix du neuf.
Au départ retard de livraison d'1 semaine à cause de DPD Pays-Bas. J'ai relancé Offeco, suite à mon mail, ils ont relancé le transporteur, le sège est arrivé via Chronopost (ils se sont passés le relais) 3j après.
Carton un peu poqué mais j'avais demandé à Offeco comment réagir (refus ou pas du colis).
Ils m'avaient dit d'accepter quoi qu'il arrive et de les laisser partir sans déballer devant eux.
Au final le siège était comme neuf, sentait le neuf d'ailleurs et très propre, contrairement à l'expérience de certaines personnes.
Mais l'assise était abimée sur la partie contour plastique, j'ai donc pris les photos et immédiatement contacté Offeco pour leur dire.
Ils m'ont proposé une remise ou un échange avec retour de la pièce abimée.
On a échangé plusieurs fois en anglais par mail, ils répondent toujours sous 2 à 3j.
Donc très bonne expérience avec cette entreprise, je vous la recommande.
C'est la seule qui propose 3 mois pour essayer le siège. Les autres c'était 15j et moi il m'a fallu 3 semaines pour me faire au siège, douleurs au début, le temps de m'y faire (suis fragile du dos et des cervicales).
Maintenant je suis vraiment bien dedans.
Le SAV est largement meilleur que celui de la marque Hermann Miller!

Bought a Herman Miller Aero 1/2 price.
The chair arrived in 1 week (Netherlands to Andalusia, I would consider this fast packaging and shipping).

I needed instructions for inserting the height button, contacted their support and it was immediate, as if they were waiting for me.

Ik had begin dit jaar een Herman Miller Mirra aangeschaft, maar merkte na verloop van tijd dat deze toch niet 100% de juiste match voor mij was.

Wat ik enorm waardeerde, is dat ik de mogelijkheid kreeg om andere Herman Miller modellen uit te proberen op locatie. Daar was het direct een match met een variant van de Herman Miller Aeron.

In overleg kon ik de Mirra omruilen voor de Aeron tegen een kleine bijbetaling. Binnen enkele dagen werd alles netjes geregeld: de oude stoel werd opgehaald en de nieuwe direct geleverd.

Super service. Altijd snel antwoord op mail. Oplossingsgericht. Voor mij nu eindelijk het zitcomfort en de werkhouding waar ik naar op zoek was.

I recently ordered an refurbished office chair with a headrest and overall I’m very satisfied.

The quality of the chair is good (some small scratched), very comfortable, and exactly what you would expect at this price point.

There was a small misunderstanding regarding the headrest option, as the choices on the website are now displayed more clearly than they were at the time of my order. Because of this, I initially received a different version than I expected.

However, I would especially like to highlight the customer service: my request was handled quickly and in a very friendly and professional manner, and they made a real effort to find a suitable solution.

Overall, I can definitely recommend this company, both for the product quality and the great customer support!

Super fijn bedrijf. Hele goede ervaring met de snelle levering, makkelijke communicatie en hun service. Mijn stoel was stuk en binnen no time kreeg ik het kapotte onderdeel vervangen en stuurden ze iemand langs om mijn stoel te maken! Dikke aanrader!

I bought a Leap V2 with an Atlas headrest from them.

There were some issues with the delivery sadly, but their support team was very responsive and helpful and it was relatively quickly sorted out. As a compensation I received a free lumbar support.

About a week or so later the Atlas headrest was then also neatly delivered.

The chair itself also came in spotless with not a single scratch on it. Basically brand new state.

So all in all extremely satisfied with my purchase and would shop here again in a heartbeat!

identificar . Meu pedido da OFFECO tem numero 42053 . Entregaram as cadeiras no prazo , problema , uma errada e outra certa mas quebrada e pior extremamente mal embaladas com parte furado a caixa de papelão . O que fazer ? Reclamar ? o fim por serem desmaontadas quebradas e para piorar sem instruções de montagem , com tem cabos e ajustes por ser a top de gama , para mim é impossivel a montagem .

Everything went smooth and the customer service is kind and helpful.

Een paar jaar geleden heb ik hier een Steelcase leap v2 bureaustoel gekocht. Alles netjes naar behoren geleverd. Nu een aantal jaar later is de gasveer aan vervanging toe. Na de vraag of deze op voorraad is, heeft offeco besloten de gasveer zonder kosten op sturen buiten de garantieperdiode. Mijn stoel zit weer als nieuw! Goede service als je het mij vraagt.

Bought an Aeron remastered (showroom model). The chair arrived well packaged. As described, it really is in mint condition. Very happy with my purchase.

Bought a refurbished steelcase leap chair at a good price. Bought from Spain, came shipped well packaged if in a somewhat tight and flimsy box.

Chair came with a faulty cylinder, but customer service was fast over whatsapp (slow over email at first) and got sent a replacement as well as assitance with other smaller stuff.

Enig manko; het zou fijn zijn iets van een gebruiksaanwijzing te krijgen hoe de stoel gemonteerd moet worden. Dit was wat puzzelen.

Bought a refurbished Aeron remastered. The chair pretty much looks brand new so I'm really happy with my purchase.

I had some trouble assembling the chair but customer support was super fast to respond and show me how to do it. Absolutely recommend buying from them.
