Thank you for your review. We completely understand the frustration of waiting for an order and wanted to provide some clarification on the status of your items.

We’ve confirmed through USPS tracking that the Flaming Lips t-shirt in your order was successfully delivered on May 6th.

Your Radiohead t-shirt is currently still in processing and has not yet shipped. The processing timeframe of 5–10 business days is listed on the item page prior to purchase and was also provided during checkout along with the estimated delivery timeframe for the order.

As soon as the Radiohead shirt ships, tracking information will be sent over automatically. We truly appreciate your patience and support, and we hope you enjoy your order once everything arrives.

We’ve reviewed your order, and USPS tracking confirms that the package was delivered to the shipping address provided on April 13th. In cases like this, packages are often left in a secure location, received by another member of the household, or sometimes held briefly at the local post office. Please check the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email.

As the shipment shows as successfully delivered by the carrier, we recommend checking around your property, with neighbors, or contacting your local USPS office directly for more information on the delivery.

The “Made in Nicaragua” tag refers only to where the blank t-shirt was produced — this is standard for many major apparel brands. All of our designs are officially licensed and printed in the USA or UK.
