The purchase of a sofa is a minor momentous moment. It’s definitely the stuff of life we live with for a good few years. Hand on heart OKA Bath made the whole experience; from my first trial sit to the delivery, a smooth and kindly process. So thank you! Oh, and I still love the sofa as much as my first meeting!

I always love dealing with Oka Bath
I always love dealing with Oka Bath. They are always so welcoming and helpful in store. They have been particularly great recently as an item was out of stock online and they had the item in stock in store, they very kindly reserved the item, I was able to pay for it and collect it a few days later. Great customer service and incredible items! The only bad review I can give is that they make me spend WAY too much money!

Item was lost by DPD
Item was lost by DPD. And no attempt made by Oka to find the item. Customer service on the phone were very friendly, less so in the shop in Bath.

We can see that our colleague carried out an investigation with DPD and we do apologise that they were unable to locate your parcel. As this side table was no longer in stock, and there was no alternative of interest, a full refund was processed.

The furniture from OKA is always beautiful, uplifting,well made and reasonably priced. The staff in the Bath store (we dealt with Alex and Natasha on this occasion) are attentive helpful and make the whole buying experience fun and rewarding! Thank you OKA again!!

I have not shopped in this store…
I have not shopped in this store before, but just bought a new home and have been looking for something particular, which I found in OKA! I am delighted and love the piece I just purchased. I will certainly be back. The staff are truly very helpful and kind. Thank you.
