Right in the centre of things, on the bustling Milsom high street, it’s surrounded by popular interiors, fashion and gift shops, as well as independent cafes, and is a short walk from the pleasure gardens and historic homes of famed authors, architects and thinkers such as Jane Austen and Beau Nash. Previously home to Parkhouse and Co. Over charged!
I knew exactly what I wanted to buy - 2 cushions. I am ashamed to admit that I didn’t check the card reader nor the receipt. A week later I discovered that I’d been charged for 3 cushion covers! Thankfully, the member of staff remembered me making the purchase, and my money was refunded. An inconvenience to have to return to the store though, and it might not have been easy to convince another member of staff that a mistake had been made and that I was owed a refund.

Incredible flower arrangement.
I’ve always admired the flower arrangements in the Bath store and decided to have one created. Linda B was absolutely incredible. She was so friendly, listened to what I wanted, asked all the right questions and was an absolute pleasure. She is so creative and made the most amazing arrangement for my dining room table. I love it and would highly recommend.

Such a beautiful shop… The items are very unique and classy.. We’ve purchased several items in the past and get lovely compliments when guests come to our home… The staff are really friendly without being pushy and so willing to help… Can’t wait to proudly display our most recent purchases in our home….

I would highly recommend OKA Bath. I contacted them directly as the light shade I found online had sold out & head office informed me they had one in stock. Natasha was incredibly helpful and organised for it to be packaged & sent to Cornwall. The customer service I received was second to none and the product quality outstanding.

Excellent Home Stylist Service by Richard at Oka Bath. 2 rooms styled and they really look great. His ideas and guidance were things that I hadn't considered before but that is why it is good to use a professional as they really know their trade. Couldn't be happier.

Oka Bath - I contacted Richard Watkins for some designs for a garden room back in July and August 2024 - he came up with some fabulous designs for my space which were so creative and insightful! I went on to purchase some items from Oka for my garden room and I’m completely thrilled with my space! Thanks to Richard!
