Contacted Bath branch as I was told they might have some stock left on the discontinued item I was looking for. As I live in London I always visited Oka when in Bath but have not visited there for about 3 year. It was nice to talk to Linda who has been there for about 6years, always helpful & was kind enough to post my purchase.

OKA Bath is one of my favourite stores! Each time I go in I get first class customer service, great tips and a warm welcome from Natasha and her team. They all know their products well and will go out of their way to ensure I am completely satisfied. When making large furniture purchases it's important for me to trust who I am buying from. The OKA went out of their way to help…
The OKA went out of their way to help me. When various items were out of stock online they helped me purchase in a number of stores across the country to ensure all items were purchased in one go. They helped arranged transport and were brilliant communicators throughout, even emailing me out of their shop hours. Couldn't rate them highly enough
