I’ve always loved the quality , the choices the design’s
,they choose lovely materials that you can’t find anywhere else.
The staff are helpful and patient, that really is a bonus especially for someone like me I’m old and don’t hear very well but they go out of their way to help me.

On Monday 27th October I purchased a…
On Monday 27th October I purchased a mirror and also wanted to purchase a set of 5 Pentangle wall murals, I was told the latter would be reduced as your mid term sale was due to start the following day 28th., also that as I was a first time customer I would receive a 15% discount I paid for the mirror with the discounted price on the 27th. and called on the 28th to pay for the discounted Pentangle wall murals only to be told as the items had been reduced in the sale, the 15% first time customer discount was not applicable, and in addition a £50 delivery charge would be applied to the pictures as they were not a stock held item even though I was collecting them from your shop, I find this behaviour to be totally unacceptable, delivery charge to your home yes, but not a collection from your premises. I cancelled the sale, and will not shop at OKA again

Our Click & Collect fees are outlined on our website. A small, tiered charge has been introduced to reflect the cost of picking, packing, and transporting Click & Collect orders to the selected store. These costs have increased in line with rising wages, employment costs, and fuel prices. While we continue to absorb part of these costs, our rates remain consistent with those of other premium homeware and furniture brands.
We fully appreciate how this situation may have been frustrating, particularly as a new customer, and your comments will be shared with the relevant teams to ensure greater clarity in future communications.

What a lovely team of ladies at…
What a lovely team of ladies at harrogate.
We bought 3 cushions and they all chatted to us and made us welcome.
Only one small gripe with okas buying team why oh why have you discontinued the pasha range of plates and only do the cups? I absolutely loved them and can't get replacements.

Impeccable service.
From start to finish the service was second to none . The staff could not do enough to help us and one girl called Fleur was amazing. Her knowledge and help in getting what we needed was fantastic.

Delivery date cancelled
Delivery date cancelled, could not make alternative arrangements for the rearranged date. Oka did not communicate with the delivery company to arrange a better time or date as requested, instead driver turned up at an inconvenient time.

I had a really helpful design appointment with Zoe in the Harrogate store and I’m totally delighted with all the ideas that came from that. Received the delivery of furniture/rug/pictures yesterday and my lounge has been transformed!

Zoe was absolutely fantastic!
Zoe was absolutely fantastic!! She delivered an exceptional and very professional service. She understood exactly what I needed and has a GREAT eye for detail. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough! I definitely look forward to working with her in the future and over the moon with my purchases. The rest of the staff in the Harrogate store were warm, kind, friendly and very welcoming!
