As always very helpful

We received excellent service from Michelle L in Harrogate today and bought a number of new things for the home. She was friendly and went beyond what is expected. This is why I only make purchases for the home in a shop and not online.

Have been wanting the outdoor Areca cushions for a while but they sold out in the last sale online. I rang the Guildford shop but sadly they had sold out but the very nice man there informed me that another shop had them. I rang your Harrogate shop and immediately the lady was very knowledgable and knew exactly the item I was after. Received them today and they look great! Thank you for the great service!

The lady who assisted me in my choices of the nine cushions I bought was so very helpful and the outcome has proved every word she said to be correct the main ones just came alive

We have just bought some cushions from the Harrogate shop, really pleased with the quality and appearance of them,
served by a very nice lady called Michelle, she was very professional and helpful also gave us sometime by ourselves to discuss colours and fabrics.

Customer service was great lady that served us, was very helpful and also helped us pack the goods in car

Excellent service, the lady that helped me (didn’t get her name) was patient and extremely helpful…. She also had a fab eye for design / colour.

Gorgeous products and great staff on hand to help!

Placed an order in their Harrogate store nearly 2 weeks ago. I paid over £300 for 4 pictures and was told delivery would be via DPD in a few days. 2 weeks later I have no goods and no tracking number. I have contacted their store by phone 3 times now and also called an online contact number. Each time they tell me it was dispatched but there is no tracking number. Not a single member of their staff has attempted to look into it, take it seriously or offer any empathy. It's quite shocking that this company positions itself as high-end / premium but offers zero customer service. It's not ok to take someone's money and then make no attempt to find out what's gone wrong. If you are not able to deliver, kindly refund me.

Also disturbing that they seem more interested in feeding their egos by replying to positive reviews when their time could be more effectively spent looking into customer needs and lost orders. This suggests the company management must be appalling.

I am truly appalled by this reply. I have left 2 messages for someone to contact me and was assured I would be called today. I have now also called the Harrogate office to no reply - its seems that you are afraid to answer the phone. It is clear that you don't care about your customers. I have had no such conversation to say it has been dispatched and I have no tracking number. It's also bizarre that you refuse to hold a private conversation with a customer who has paid over £300 but seem keen to reply to messages on a public review forum to protect your reputation. It is clear you haven't taken on board any feedback. I want a full refund of my money immediately and I will be taking this to a higher level.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff made visiting Oka in Harrogate a real pleasure! The quality of the soft furnishings & furniture was equally top class! We will be visiting again both in store & online!

We only popped in to look at the artificial flowers (which are better quality than anywhere else we've looked). Emma was incredibly patient helping us to choose the style and colour to match our vase.

Very helpful assistant who helped us make our choice of cushions.

Merchandise wise, I thought the faux flower range was disappointing, which is what I came in for. I’ve had some beautiful hydrangeas etc in the past, but nothing in stock today, & your faux flower displays in vases in store looked sad. Are you expecting some new stock in soon?

a lovely guy who’s name I did not get was extremely helpful and friendly.I love OKA stores and can’t wait for the new one coming to Newcastle
