Fraud alert!!

It's obvious that this company pays people to give fake reviews. Either that, or the people leaving them are blind, have no sense of smell, and are dumb af. Because the items I received were cheap, nasty polyester, stank of chemicles, and were about two sizes smaller than what it says on their size chart - a damn sight different to the "high quality linen" advertised on their website.

The customer service is poor too, although I think that's by design to get people to give up on getting a refund. The advert says 5-9 days for delivery - mine took 45 days, and only half of it turned up (the other half is still pending delivery apparently). Oh and you can't track your delivery's progress unless you pay a fee. Funny, that.

Want to get a refund? Their website states 30-day free returns, but the customer service staff will try to deter you from doing that. It took me A WEEK from initially requesting a refund to actually being given a return address. And you think it's their London address as shown on the website? Lmao of course not! It's in China. And it'll cost you about £50 for the privilege.

Don't expect to get a refund quickly either. I sent my order back 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. In the meantime, my bank's fraud team is looking into the whole transaction.

It’s a scam sadly. The only good thing I can say about this website is that the marketing is good. It looks like a classy, reputable shop. But in actual fact it’s a cheap, nasty Chinese drop shipper with a nice looking front end.

The quality of the clothes are in no way similar to how they appear. They’ll take weeks to come. The customer service is actually an AI bot that replies to your emails instantly. When you do try to return an item, they’ll try to delay by asking you to send pics of everything to prove that it’s too big or you don’t like how it fits. If you still wish to return they’ll attempt to offer you 75% value of your order as a credit note without returning the items, which shows you how much value the items actually hold. You can hold out for more at this point, but it is pointless because the quality is laughable. What I received was genuinely the same quality as the fancy dress clothes you get off Amazon, intended to be worn once.

If you do want to return, you have to pay for it, it has to go to China (old money London?) and you may never see your money again.

Was really excited when I saw this brand. Very disappointed at what it is. If we can dissuade anyone from using it then it’s a win for us all.

Extremely low quality items. Not linen but cheap plastic Chinese manufactured clothes. The stitching was terrible. Worse than Shein or Temu quality. But with 10x the price. I ended up returning the items and still waiting for refund. Returns are not free and have to ship back to China. It took over 20 days for them to confirm the items and issue the refund (from return delivery date!). Stay far from this website. I wish I knew it earlier. False advertising and misleading marketing.

Stay away! bought a shirt and it is horrific, really cheap material and arrived 6 weeks after ordering it. I wanted to return it and I need to ship back to China.... Don't buy

Poor quality items. Generally cheap material and poor craftsmanship. Misleading advertising on their website/social media.

Never order from this place people!!!!! My boyfriend ordered set of linen shirt and pants and they were nothing like on the photo, wrinkled plastic clothes that we immediately threw away. Quality and looking was ten times worse than Shein. I don’t even now how this company gets away with scamming people. Delivery was free and returning costed over 100 euros. Doesn't it seem strange that the ratings for this page are either 1 or 5 stars? Those who give 5 stars are probably associated with the company itself.

Where are some better ratings then one star coming from??!
Their website says they are some friends from London that founded a fashion brand.
In the end you get the cheapest and worst quality shipped from China within 30 days instead of 7-10 days.

When I reached out to Yiwu Cujia Trade Co., Ldt (that‘s old money London‘s real name) to send the order back they tried to help, but it’s quite a process.
I had to pay the shipping costs myself- 21,-€ for a total of 100,-€, just to get my money back.

All feelings aside: They DO NOT deliver what they offer online, it takes a long time for the order to arrive (from China) and it’s hard and costs you even more money to send things back (from Europe to China).

Actually what they do is fraud.

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. The clothes are a total joke.
I am trying to return every piece I purchased, they make it impossible to return.

SCAM, stay away. I was sold by the great marketing on instagram and the like showing real classy knitted and linen clothes, though what I received after atleast 3 weeks might I add, was woven prints on horrendous quality shirts and trousers… it was seriously like I had bought fancy dress gear, better yet when I asked for a refund I was offered a 5% partial refund or I send the clothes back to China which after reading more reviews here they probably would have stopped replying to me anyway. Please don’t waste your money like I have.

The items they sent were EXTREMELY POOR quality. They will only accept a full refund if you post the items back to china at your OWN COST. £38 on this occasion. The staff make it difficult and they are intentionally misleading. DO NOT USE THEM. All items are on Alibaba for a matter of pence

Absolutely horrible, STAY AWAY! I wish I read these reviews before I bought. All the clothes are polyester and cheap, NOT linen. Fake advertising, customer service is so bad. They don’t want to resolve anything and stopped responding to my emails. Probably a bunch of low life dropshippers running this site, if you’re reading this and decide to still proceed to buying something there, at least you were warned unlike me who lost 200 something dollars to these scammers.

I place the order after I saw what they were offering.
Although fast shipment mention within 3-7 days , the items arrived after 45 days, from CHINA, nothing compare to what I ordered and paid €110.
They were supposed to be linen quality trouser and shirt but instead they were a cheap cheap cheap fake silk chinese quality not worthing more than €5.
The shoes which were supposed to be nice quality loafers , are just single use shitty quality.
Stay away from these scammers!!!!!!!

Terrible quality. Not well coordinated customer service. I spoke with 3 different persons and no one was informed from the other one about my case and had to explain every time the issue again and again. The returns agreement on website is different to how i have been informed by the company where they have a far less agreeable option. Will never use them again. What they show on pictures is not what they send you.

If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. Wish I had read these reviews before falling victim to this scam like everyone else. Their clothing looks like it costs 5cents to make. The clothing is so overpriced to provide you the free shipping because that is the most expensive part of their process. I discovered this the hard way when I tried to ship the horrible items back only to find out it would cost more money than I had paid to ship back to china.

Avoid avoid avoid.

Advertise "premium" quality clothing, for cheap Chinese quality. Wondered why my order took, 3 weeks to arrive, now I know why. They advertise they have a "hassle free" returns policy, when in fact you have to return them, to China...

Customer service is awful, if I could give zero stars I would.

Dropshipping scam!!
Very poor quality, waited over a month to receive the items and when you want to return it, it needs to be shipped back to the factory in China. Scam scam scam dont buy!

This "company," or should I say DROPSHIPPER, is a scam. Their clothing sizing is atrocious. I feel like I need to go down two sizes just to begin to fit into the item I ordered. I want to make a return but they are instructing me to send the item back to the factory in China, a tactic that forces the customer to decide not to make the return because of the cost of the international shipping. Do not buy from them because you will not be able to return if you are unhappy.

Terrribleee company. Clothing is cheaper than cheap. Bottom grade China material. They list items for $100+ , they should be no more than $10. Customer service is an absolute joke. Shipping arrived a month later. Do not use.
