Don’t buy old money London,
Paid on 15 June, got today 20 July.
Very nice picture but very bad quality of clothes, and smell of chemicals.
Clothes fake e like plastic material.
Shame you old money London you just steal money from people.
I hope someone will close you website

Ich habe Hier etwas bestellt und danach erst die Trustpilot Bewertungen gelesen. Dann habe ich eine Mail mit Bitte um Stornierung an den support geschrieben, diese haben gesagt, dass die Ware leider bereits versendet ist , was aber schlichtweg gelogen war gemäß der Sendungsnummer! Jetzt war ich im Urlaub als das Paket kommen sollte und jetzt steht da an der Haustür übergeben, dabei war ich gar nicht zuhause und bei meinen Nachbarn ist es auch nicht ! Fall liegt jetzt bei Paypal! Bitte niemals hier bestellen absolter FAKE SCAM

This is a scam !!! What you will receive has nothing to do with what they advertise!!! Products delivered from China with very poorly quality! Don’t waste your money.

This is a scam. They won t give your order or the money back. Don t buy!

I strongly advise against buying from this company. The quality of the items is extremely poor — nothing like what’s shown online. It took over two weeks for my order to arrive, and when I contacted customer service to return the items, they were unhelpful and dismissive.

Instead of offering a proper return solution, they kept offering small discounts (5%, then 10%) to get me to keep the items — which I found unacceptable given the poor quality. To make things worse, returning the items would have cost me over £20 in postage, which makes the return process completely unreasonable.

All in all, this has been a very disappointing experience. Poor quality products, slow shipping, and terrible customer service. Please avoid buying from them — save your money and shop elsewhere.

The order took two and half weeks to get to France.
I didn't know it was made in China.
Once received, i noticed the very poor quality of the fabric.
Doesn look anything like the what I saw on the website except maybe the colors.
The size were too small.
Return policy is to rhe expense of the consumer to send it back to china.
Never buying from them again. NEVER

It seems at first that the website is based in the UK. It’s from china.

The delivery took just over a month and the items which was sent was wrong, too small and also very poor quality.

If you go to click on the reviews on their website nothing comes up as it is fake. It says there 500+ 5 star reviews when it’s completely fake.

Worst quality ever. Just don’t buy. It’s a total scam..!

Bad quality materials.

I ordered a loafers for my boyfriend and when he received it we were suprised because they don’t look like they described.
Those are fabric loafers not suede material.
So I’m sorry to disappoint people but this is not what you’re saying on your website, that’s mean you selling just the photos and in the most the time sending the job offer to write good reviews, which you’re did to us .

Old Money London is quite frankly a great marketing ploy but not a very good clothing manufacturer or supplier. Ordered on 20 June, received on 14 July. A shirt, trousers and shoes, that are quite clearly not UK sizes and very poor quality clothing. Their 'hassle free' returns service costs YOU a fortune, that you don't get refunded. I beg you not to buy from this website any item. Absolute waste of time and money.

This is a scam it’s been 20 days and I didn’t receive my package .
I never wrote a review for any brand but i am frustrated and i have contacted the old money london customer service they reply to my mail saying you will receive your package but I didn’t.
Please don't get scammed by this website and please report them in insta also.

Terrible quality, terribly made and took a long time to deliver. Not fit for purpose please save your time and money. The adverts and website against the reality of items received are worlds apart. Avoid at all costs!

Scammers! They advertise with completely different products than you receive. Cheap chinese synthetic garbage! Never order here!

Whoever shot their videos and took the photos deserves an Oscar for their creative skills. There's no way the items in the socials are the same as the dross they sent me.

The quality is unbelievably poor; it's like the same material used for kids' Halloween outfits. The print is terrible; I've never seen such rubbish. Do not stand near a naked flame.

Add to that, it's not a UK-based company, and the items take three weeks to come.

I'll have no hope of getting my money back via a returns policy; it's straight to the credit card provider to inform them I've been scammed.

Always use a credit card, guy. You need protection when dealing with scammers like this, who have a nice website/social media.

I did not want to give this company a 1 star review. I bought 4 items in good faith totalling £100 to buy. When they arrived, they looked nothing whatsoever like those being advertised. The products were not only very poor quality, they were stained, looked nothing like they should of been, and would not of fitted my 6yr old grandson, I ordered a XXL in all clothing. I immediately asked for a full refund , and a lad called Jay responded to my request stating 'lets do you a favour and me a favour and cut out all of this hassle and accept a £25 refund, and call it a day.'
I dismissed this and told him I want my £100 back, and he won't respond to my emails. Out of principal , I will be doing all I can legally to get my £100 back, plus all expenses that will be added, due to the service and the time it's taking me to find out where this company is based, and pay them a visit, as well as my legal fees. If anyone can help point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. They are not stealing a £100 from me. I'll keep you all posted.

Absolute dogshit scammers. Do not order from these criminals. I ordered a linen outfit that looked great in the pictures. I got something completely different delivered. Not even close to the pictures 1 bit. Terrible Terrible Terrible! Please for the love of god don’t order. The clothes they advertise are not what you receive!

The Santorini watch feels premium without trying too hard. The weight is solid but doesn’t feel chunky. Works well with just about everything in my wardrobe. Shipping was right on point.
