Ik schrijf nooit reviews maar deze keer ga ik het wel doen. Ik had een jumpsuit/pak besteld van deze site. Ik kreeg het pakketje binnen en het leek voor geen meter op het pak dat je op de site ziet. Vervolgens wou ik het retourneren, en dit gaat via de mail. Dus ik een mail schrijven, of vijf. Ik heb na drie weken nog steeds geen reactie van een retour label. Er staat geen telefoonnummer op de site dus je kunt alleen via de mail contact met ze leggen, maar ze reageren niet dus ik ben mijn 50 euro kwijt :)

I ordered a jumpsuit weeks and weeks ago which I have not received. They replied to my first two emails eventually saying it is on its way. Since then nothing. They won’t reply to me! This was not a cheap item either. The tracking they sent me has not been updated since the day it was supposedly shipped. Be very careful when ordering!

Customer service is disgusting. I ordered a dress was too big so I was asked to pay almost £9.39 to exchange it which I think is expensive anyway paid it no problem. 2 weeks later still waiting on the dress and now my party has been and gone for that price it should have been next day delivery. They said they can give me a refund on the postage and all they said was sorry. Fuming us an understatement!!!!!!

Wonderful, fast service. Ordering from overseas was faster than ordering from within the U.S. Very responsive and top-quality products.

Returning items and obtain a refund are a nightmare. This company does everything possible to avoid refunding you your money.
Disgraceful. Will never purchase anything from this company again.

Unfortunately the dress I ordered didn’t suit so I had to return, the return was dealt with very quickly and money returned

Although Olivia May Ltd is a super store, they send out orders with DPD. Every order I have made has taken 3 attempts to deliver even though I have been in. Flustrating!!! Another option on checkout would be preferable.

I was glad to find the item I specifically was searching for on Olivia May. The shipping was quick. The wrapping of the item was very nice.
My only complaint is that I had to pay customs duty before I could receive the item. I would prefer Olivia May to include the option to make this payment before the item is shipped. (This is what M&S, Next Direct do.) If this had been possible, this would have been a perfect shopping experience. Thank you.

SCAM SITE - not the same products as advertised, steals other brands images, you will not receive what you purchase.

Utter scam. Will do anything and everything to not issue a refund. I had shipped and paid for the return of goods all the back to China, Sent on the tracking details and return confirmation (that basically cost more than the garment itself), waited MONTHS, chasing and following up. Only to then be told by "customer services" it was held up at customs and returned to me. Needless to say I never received a notification of said customs issue and needless to add that the "returned package" never arrived back. Lesson learnt.

Got the Nyxella midi black dress. The dress is okay, not giving me the wow vibe as I was expecting and also wish there was XS size. I got 8-10 and looks and feels quite big for that size. Smaller would fit better if there was one. So I think it’s not true to size. Also the delivery was quite long

Awful company. Ordered a dress it took 3 weeks to arrive paid £45 . Arrived after my event. Horrendous quality Wanted to return had to pay to return to China. I sent it over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my money back. Do not use this company its awful

Billig Ware aus China. Versteckt! Dauert eine Ewigkeit bis das Produkt kommt. Vor 8 Tagen bestellt immer noch in China.
Nie wieder. Bestellen Sie nicht dort.
