Great service and prompt response to a request for exchange from customer service.

Terrible quality. Took 4 weeks to arrive, couldn't wear any of it. They refuse to refund and charge you to send back. Complete scam.

Ik heb op 2 jan een spijkerbroek met glitter besteld en betaald maar nooit gekregen!!!Werd telkens gezegd dat het onderweg was en als ik mailde dan zou ik het zo krijgen!Uiteindelijk was mjjn pakketje zoek en vroeg ik of ze het geld terug wilde storten!!!Ik heb NOOIT geen broek gezien en ook nooit meer iets gehoord!!DUS NOOIT GEEN BESTELLING DOEN!!!

Olivia May has a very good selection of designers, good service and a fast delivery. The workers manage to solve any issues very politely and quickly.

Liefst geen sterren. In Nederland heb je het recht om te retourneren als je iets aanschaft online. Zij geven aan niets terug te nemen omdat het sale was. Maar zelfs dan heb je het recht om te retourneren als consument. Dit is de wet! Behalve voeding kan niet retour.

Voor mij hetzelfde, totaal iets anders dan ontvangen dan besteld. Trui geen col en rits en de broek veel te kort. Ruilen moet met kaartje eraan wat er niet eens aan zit. 2 maanden gewacht totdat uiteindelijk geleverd werd. Retour naar Azië sturen, geen retourbon ontvangen. Wat een teleurstellend bedrijf

Het zou een mooie bordeau kleurige broek met brede pijpen en bijpassende trui met mooie details, turtle neck , rits....moeten zijn.
Het is een bruinachtige pyama.
Ik ga zelfs niet proberen terugsturen.
Jammer dat trustpilot zelfs niet meer te vertrouwen is

Additional Import fees - Be aware

Olivia May deliberately withheld information that the US charges an import fee for an order of 800 USD and over.
On contacting them, I was informed that they do not add this comment of additional charges which are about 15% of the value of the package, as this is a US policy. Disappointing as they were aware and withheld information.

Have not needed to pay import fees with other companies.

They use DHL which also incurs fees if you need to return an item.

All in all a disappointment
