Dinkum Dolls by Olli Ella レビュー

I ordered 3 small dolls from this company at a cost of almost £70 and was totally shocked at the quality. They were made in China and quite frankly looked as if they were from a Pound Shop. The two which had hair were shedding the cheap fake fur it was made from. I returned these stating the poor quality and over £11.20 was deducted from my refund. What a rip off.

Olli Ella's products are so loved here. You get high-quality, timeless toys for the price. If you have any questions or issues, you can rely on their exceptional customer service. When I received a product that, by rare exception, did not meet my expectations, they went the extra mile to make it right.

The most exquisite little doll. It gives old style toys vibes, with a hint of modern touch. Absolutely adorable. I would have loved it as a kid. Shipping was fast, and customer service was efficient despite taking couple of days to answer. But that’s to be expected considering they are a small business. They are trying to do their best and personally I was very satisfied.

Absolutely love Olli Ella! Their products are so adorable and well made, and their customer service is amazing! My daughter’s wagon handle had gotten broken, and I emailed customer service to ask if I could order a replacement. They quickly responded and sent out a new handle right away, free of charge! Now our beloved wagon is back to being pulled happily by my daughter. We will definitely purchase more Olli Ella in the future!

Fav dolls ever! Was so excited gave my kids their presents early so of course had to order 2 more for Christmas🤣 the best quality🤍

Great service, I ordered a few items in the sale for my daughter's birthday present and Christmas stocking but my initial order was returned to sender with an error on the address. As soon as I contacted the customer service team the sent a replacement.

Hello Olli Ella, just received our little cane trolley .... It is delightful and charming, such beautiful quality thankyou will make a wee member of our family very happy with hours of enjoyment, cheers for now Jann

My order was lost by a delivery company and I was sure nobody would look into it, but Olli Ella’s amazing team sent me a new order for free! I am obsessed with their products. Lots of love for this company

We absolutely love the products in our family!

Beautiful, good quality toys. Fast delivery and good communication.

The most incredible homewares and dolls, we have been buying olli ella products for quite a few years now and have never been disappointed. The betty baskets are perfect for little ones to carry treasures or snacks

I have shopped with Olli Ella a lot, and have always had fantastic customer service. Their products are incredible quality, and are dearly loved by my children (and myself).

Have been buying Olli Ella for around 7 years now and we adore it all. From cane prams and carts to beautiful dolls in all the sizes, it’s all beautiful quality. Heirloom pieces that can be passed down for generations. Also a great place to shop for a beautiful, timeless gift.

Very accomodating customer service
Good quality products

Amazing dolls. My daughter has around 14 of the dinky dinkum dolls and she absolutely loves them!

Ollie Ella create the most beautiful toys for imaginative play. The quality is incredible, they are made to be loved for years to come and customer service fantastic every time. Highly recommend!

My daughter’s beloved Tiny had a wobbly arm, I contacted customer service and honestly wasn’t expecting them to be able to do much as I had bought the doll last year. They responded super quickly and allowed me to pick a new doll to be sent out as Tiny was out of stock, they even allowed my daughter to keep her Tiny! Button arrived today and is perfect! 🥰
The team are so super helpful and go the extra mile to make our little ones happy. We have a ridiculous amount of Olli Ella goodies and each one is so well made and beautiful. Thank you for all of our gorgeous items and creating a beautiful little Olli Ella community 💕

Our order didn’t arrive as expected. I contacted the team and they replied promptly rectifying the problem and sending a replacement parcel by express delivery. My daughter loves her dog

Strongly recommend Olli Ella, I placed an order for my first time and used Afterpay, I didn’t receive an order confirmation so I called the number and turns out I had mistakenly entered in my email address, not only were they super friendly, they fixed up my mistake and confirmed the order had gone through, I mentioned that my daughter was at home watching the mailbox and was super excited about the baby carrier coming, then they went above and beyond and contacted the warehouse to ask them to get the order ASAP. Something I was not expecting at all, but it made the world of difference to a little girl. Such a family centred company and has been our best customer service experience in the last few years. So THANK YOU!! In addition when carrier arrived it was PERFECT!
