Lovely company
I've been a loyal Olli Ella customer for years, as my daughter absolutely loves their products and Dinkum Dolls.
I recently had a issue with an order, but the way the team handled everything was amazing. They took my concerns seriously straight away, were incredibly kind and understanding, and arranged a refund.
I felt truly heard and valued. Such wonderful customer service makes all the difference. Thank you for turning a hiccup into such a positive experience! I'll definitely remain a happy customer. ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service
I contacted Olli Ella after thinking an item was missing from my order. Charles from the Customer Happiness Team responded so quickly and was incredibly kind, understanding and helpful. He reassured me that they would look into it and asked for the information needed to investigate.
As it turned out, the item was safely tucked away amongst my books all along (pregnancy brain! 😂), so the mistake was entirely mine. However, Charles was so lovely and willing to help, and I really appreciated how quickly and professionally he responded.
It’s such a relief to deal with a company that genuinely seems to care about its customers. Thank you, Charles, for being so helpful and making what could have been a stressful situation such a positive experience! 💛

Amazing customer service
When I didn't receive my package, I reached out to Dinkum customer service and they sent me a photo of the delivery (which was my front porch). Unfortunately, the package had been stolen. Customer service was more than kind and offered to replace the order at no additional cost. The dolls are amazing (and highly recommended for 1-2 year olds) and the company is great. Highly recommend.

My second Dinkum Doll and I’m certain…
My second Dinkum Doll and I’m certain it won’t be my last. I bought Sprout for my granddaughter and she loves her. Just purchased Bitsy for my nieces 1st birthday and I’m sure she’ll be as loved as Sprout is! Beautifully made and so cute! I also bought the Luggy and the birthday outfit for my granddaughter and these too are such good quality! Worth the money in my opinion.

Jaw Dropping Customer Service
I am in the States, and I ordered a doll for my best friend in the UK. Sometimes, this can be a complicated exercise, and I did have a few questions after placing the order. I must say that customer service was simply phenomenal. They were sweet, helpful, and my order sped along at top speed. There was follow up from them. Frankly, they acted with as much care and concern as close family members. Top marks. They are stars, every one of them.

I absolutely love their items
I absolutely love their items, so cute and soft for my little girl. I even got items for my nieces for Christmas. When working with the customer service people when I made a mistake with the address they were great, they were onto it straight away and fixed my mistake and kept me updated. Really fast delivery too

I was doubtful as to whether the…
I was doubtful as to whether the customer service would be good because some small-turned-big companies have a bad rep. However, after placing an order by mistake, I emailed them and they replied within 10-20 mins and got the order cancelled and I was refunded within that morning!
Needless to say im pleased, Ive ordered again (correct this time) and they’ve won the beginning of my loyalty.

Incredible Customer Service
My order got partially refunded as one of the items was no longer available, I reached out to the customer service team to get a replacement ordered and I am incredibly happy with the customer service I received. Not only was Charles incredibly helpful, he responded in a timely manner and was very kind. Will definitely be ordering more. Would highly recommend!

I honestly have never had such a pleasant experience with dealing with an issue, this company is one of the best to deal with. Fast response and most of all a solution to an issue!
Everything was handled and resolved within 2 days I was amazed!
Beautiful dolls and I can’t wait to keep building my daughter’s collection! I will be recommending this company to everyone.

Great customer service
Great customer service, always reply quickly and answer any questions and are happy to help and come to a fair resolution.
Only wish they came in a dust bag for the price but that doesn’t make the slightest difference to how much the children love them!

Return process made easy
I had to make a return after my daughter didn’t like what I picked out for her, and the team at Dinkum Dolls were so accommodating. I had lots of questions and emailed them a lot, but Russell was great and so kind.

The doll is really poor quality
The doll is really poor quality, she hasn’t even used it yet and the stiching is undone on the back of the head so it has literally arrived like that. There is also hair head on her chin so it looks like
a beard!

We absolutely adore our Dinkum Dolls
We absolutely adore our Dinkum Dolls, we have a nice little collection of small dolls and one large one with a whole collection of outfits and my baby and 10 year old sit there together making outfits and playing. It’s so lovely, and everything is such beautiful quality. I look forward to adding to the collection
