Great products
So easy to deal with and great products, ordered the kitchen pod to save space when we take the tent away, we ended up using it when we took the van too, so convenient and easy to put up. Also bought the magnetic awning strip too which worked well in very windy Welsh weather, definitely will be looking for an awning suitable for the caddy. Thank you Olpro 👍👍

LET DOWN BY DELIVERY TIME
Ordered a breathable ground sheet, appears to be as described and quality is good. It also came in a bag which is useful if you have to put it away wet. The delivery time was very disappointing, it was promised in 3-5 working days and actually took 9 working days 12 days in all. Don’t know what caused the delay but had to postpone a trip to wait for it to arrive.

Delivery was very fast
Delivery was very fast, thank you. The chairs are just what I wanted, good quality and very sturdy although heavier than most camping chairs these are the next level if your style of chair is sat upright not laying back in the sun.
Brilliant purchase.

Tent went up well but we don’t have any…
Tent went up well but we don’t have any rail on the van so we had to use the straps . They were too short. Really hard to get over the van. I would not be able to do this on my own . So not useable for what we wanted . I cannot use when I go away which is a great disappointment. We will try and look to get a rail fixed to the van as we cannot use it if we don’t

Nous avions choisi ce modèle de tente en raison de sa résistance à toute le intempéries décrites dans ses caractéristiques
Bonjour. Nous utilisons la tente depuis deux jours. Le montage et l'installation se sont bien passés. Malheureusement cette nuit elle n'a pas résisté à un coup de vent. Trois points d'encrage et de fixations se sont attachés, en l'état actuel elle n'est plus utilisable. J'ai fait quelques photos, à votre demande je peux vous les envoyer.

Great piece of kit
Great piece of kit. Set it up myself for the first time on the campsite when it was quite blowy. Worked a treat. Throw over straps worked so well too - I wasn’t sure they would as I had my pop top up but they did a very good job. It was so windy over the few days I thought we were going to be in a real life ‘Up’ film experience but not only did it all stay as it should, the awning coped really well with the wind! Loved the addition of the rubber ‘corridor mat’. Easy to deconstruct and get back into the bag too. 😁

Mega canopy, easy to put up
This is a fantastic canopy that is competitively priced. It's robust and super easy to put up. It packs away quite compactly and the adjustable poles are a smart black finish.
We bought the orange colourway but grey is also available.
Olpro were really helpful when this appeared back in stock but with no option to purchase on their website. I messaged them and they messaged back within an hour and I was able to buy it. Brilliant.

Order problem - but sorted
Had a few problems - not directly caused by olpro but did have an impact. However a solution was found and we had an awning for our holiday. So all worked out in the end. Would not effect any future orders as delivery prices and products are good

Really disappointed with Olpro service
Really disappointed with Olpro. Ordered an item from their website with delivery in 3-4 days, contacted them the following week when we had not received it to be advised that the item was in fact only available for pre order and wouldn’t be delivered until 4 weeks later. I’ve just contacted them again as item was due for delivery this week to be told they are now not expecting delivery till next week! Really not happy as we wouldn’t have ordered had we known delivery was going to take so long!! Won’t be ordering from them again as communication from them has been poor and I have had to chase to find out about each delay!
