Excellent Products and Customer Service

I have been using Olyvogue for about 2 1/2 years for my small business making beaded kitchenware.

My purchases have been varied from anywhere between beads to beadable kitchenware. The products have been of excellent quality and reasonably priced.

I would suggest giving orders to Australia plenty of time - picking, packing and freight can take around 2 weeks to arrive. Unless you pay for express/fast freight.

My last order was one of my biggest as I am getting ready for Christmas and two specialised sales. After contacting Olyvogue directly, I was helped by Kevin and customer service to get the best value out of the current Summer Sale giving me more savings than expected. My order was over $250 AUD - freight was free so that was a major saving.

I would definitely recommend Olyvogue - great customer service and quality products.

This was my first time ordering from this company and I am very disappointed. The item I ordered was not what I expected at all and the day I got my package I contacted the company to start a return. Per their website the return policy is Step-by-Step Return Process:

Initiate Return: Email us at with your return request.
Receive Instructions: If approved, you'll get a return shipping label and directions.
Send Your Item: Post it to us using a trackable shipping method.
So I did exactly what it says then they tell me the buyer has to pay for shipping. I don't feel like I need to pay for shipping when I am requesting to return the item the same day I get it. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMAPNY EVER AGAIN

Dear customer, if the goods are defective upon receipt, we will refund you unconditionally if you provide pictures.
However, according to your description, you said that the goods you received did not meet your expectations, so we also provide this service: "100% refund if not satisfied";
We are sorry that you have a bad experience this time. We provide goods return service, and the refund and return policy clearly states: 100% refund if not satisfied, and it also mentions that the freight needs to be borne by each party, because we bear the cost of transporting the goods, so if you need to return the goods, you also need to bear the freight yourself.
We are worried that customers don’t know this, so we have added an extra reminder in our refund policy. Once we receive the returned goods, we will immediately process the refund. Sorry, it may be the misunderstanding caused by our employees’ mistakes in the communication process, and we will criticize our employees.

I paid for my order and I keep emailing for tracking and they don't answer canceling my payment. Do not use this company. Scam scam scam scam scam

Dear, your situation is because our backend risk control prompts that it is a credit card fraud. Our customer service contacted you to ask you to provide relevant information, but you had no way to prove it at the time. Then we had no choice but to cancel your order and return the money. Because we have encountered many fraudulent transactions, in the end we shipped the goods, and the money was taken away by the credit card, and we lost both money and money. I have had several great experiences with Olyvogue! Joy provides excellent customer service and is always willing to help when I have a question! There is a huge product selection and the products have been great quality. They have been a great asset for my business!

It takes some time for the warehouse to feedback to the front end. If you happen to place an order at this time, you will indeed buy goods that are actually not available, but this is really not our intention. We also want to take them off the shelves in time. We have been working hard, but this is really not an easy task. Managing a warehouse with tens of thousands of products and updating their inventory in time is really not a simple task. Of course, we will continue to work hard and strive to do it well. Then your order happened to buy multiple SKUs of a product, and this product happened to be out of stock, so it seems that your order is out of stock more seriously. Missing 18 Items!

I’m giving Oly Vogue a 3-star rating because the products are great and the shipping was fast.
HOWEVER, my order is missing 18 items! I’m currently awaiting a response from customer service to have this issue solved. I want the products I paid for!

TERRIBLE COMPANY Be careful

TERRIBLE COMPANY Be careful. They sell illegal items (for the US), short ship, and will not refund your money. Happy to share the customs violations paperwork with anyone who wants to see it.

The customer service is great

The customer service is great! As soon as i placed my order i was contacted by the company to confirm my order and to let me know how i wanted to handle out of stock items. I was updated with every step of my order. The products were more than i expected. Nothing was broken or missing. I will be ordering again.

Personal Customer Service; High Shipping

While I found what I wanted when searching online and placed my order for what was a reasonably priced item, I was then contacted by customer service asking if my purchase was for personal use or for resale. When I questioned the estimated delivery date for my personal use item, I was informed my order would not make it by my need date. Customer service coordinated with me to make an additional payment to cover the difference for a shipping upgrade to DHL. While all this was very helpful, my total shipping cost of $35 for a $48 order seems very excessive and is the only reason for giving OlyVogue a 4 out of 5 stars.

We are very sorry, because the package is urgent, it will definitely not arrive if you choose the sea freight. Only DHL can deliver it. In order not to delay the delivery, our customers recommend that you choose DHL. As you know, you get what you pay for. DHL will definitely be more expensive, but you must know that this money is not collected by us, but paid to DHL Express Company.

They have good products and even better customer service. If you have a problem they correct it very fast! I couldn’t be more pleased with Olyvogue. I highly recommend them for anyone thinking about purchasing from them. I’ve placed two orders with them and plan on doing more business with them in the future. I give them 10 stars!!!
