We had a great trip away to Iceland. From initially booking our trip and throughout the whole experience has been fantastic.

Excellent service and very helpful and efficient company, would definitely use Omega breaks again .

Wonderful weekend in London, hotel staff were very attentive, a credit to the hotel. Drivers were very knowledgeable of the areas in London, couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Thankyou Omega Travel till next time.

Simple booking process and well communicated documents.
Hotel was nice, rooms basic and quite far from show venue.
Show and seats were amazing.

Me and my family went on a london theatre break to see Six for my birthday weekend. We had a pick up in my area , Halesowen and met at Warwick services for the main coach. When in London had some free time and found somewhere for dinner before walking to the show. We had been sent our tickets as part of the holiday with omega breaks. Made our way to the theatre where we sarthe musical Six. We met the coach at the drop off point . We were taken to an ibis hotel which we knew before going. It was all arranged to just me given a card with room number and when to meet the coach for the night which was restful. The driver on the coach talked about the places we passed on our journey the first day and second day which made the journey more interesting. We were dropped off for free time. Me and my family decided that we will visit the natural history museum. We knew from going with them last year it was likely to be convenient from the drop off point. The driver pointed out which way to go which was just a short walk over. It's well worth visiting the museum and is free and don't need to book. We had to get back to the coach for 3:30pm to have out journey back the opposite way round to when we went. Had a lovely weekend.

I rang to ask a few queries and had good responses so then rang again the next day to book to Mama Mia the party for 6 people. Very happy with whole process

I found the company to be very helpful,I had to ring in the end as needed to speak with someone who I say was very helpful and polite,highly recommend

Loved the show & the hotel.

What a fantastic show!! Really good seats too. A lovely evening was had and was topped off with a cracking a hotel that was floating on the Thames.

Enjoyed the whole experience. Defo one to do!

Firstly let me say Dave the bus driver was outstanding
Your timing for pick up was way off the mark . We were picked up at 5.50am
We were driven round the M25 (with no traffic ) because we couldn’t go to the hotel till 3pm
4pm we finally arrived at the hotel
Leaving little time to wash change and eat before leaving again at 6pm
The hotel was awful , we were aware they are connected to Refugees
However the refugees are in far better hotels than the good hotel
The rooms were very very small and only just basic . Poor privacy with the bathroom with No extraction fan
The toilet didn’t flush
I’ve been on many coach trips this being my second with you
I have never had a complaint before
The hotel was awful
10 hours on the coach there
7 back
Never again

Really good value stayed in a good hotel

Great seats at theatre and hotel was good value, but a little too far from central London. Haven’t said that very good value for money.

Good theatre seats

Every thing flowed smoothly and even the rain could not dampen our spirits

I purchased tickets for Tower of London including a hotel stay.
Both were excellent value for money, the Good Hotel had such comfortable beds and the breakfast was really good. The staff were lovely too.

The journey from the hotel to the theatre was very straightforward. Elizabeth Line Custom House direct to Tottenham Court Road. We would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area. Good tickets for the theatre, communication from Omega good.
