I recently placed an order and, unfortunately, the item I received was too small. However, I wanted to leave a review specifically to highlight the amazing customer service I’ve experienced.
I reached out to the company to explain the sizing issue, and they have been incredibly helpful. They are currently working with me to find the perfect fit and ensure I get the right size. It is rare to find a company that communicates this well and truly cares about customer satisfaction.
Highly recommend them for their support alone!

The boots I ordered looked great, unfortunately they were too small.
I contacted customer service & they were quick to respond & offer three solutions. I chose to have the boots exchanged for a larger size.

Found these shoes online when searching were good walking shoes. Was excited that they had a buy one get one free deal. With my current job, I do walk a lot great colors to choose from. Shipped out really fast and even got a thank you email. Definitely will be looking out for a new arrivals on their website

Arrived quickly, had an issue with sizing but customer service was very helpful and prompt to deal with it.

I never got my sneakers they send a fake usps number that does not match my address or order don’t use it’s a scam

I experience a missing package for Omega sneakers that I ordered. I ordered the sneakers because I have cancer and my body hurts, particularly the bottom of my feet. I sent a reply to an email I received confirming a delivery I never received. Omega's reply to my email was swift and my problem was taken very seriously. They replaced the missing sneakers and waived the shipping fee. I couldn't be more satisfied as I am an elder on a fixed income. THANK YOU OMEGA!!!

Bought a pair of boots for myself after purchasing a pair for my mother about a year ago which I loved. They are cute and have incredibly good traction on ice. Ordered a size 9 which ran a little small. After contacting Onegawalk, they offered to send the next size at no extra charge. Very happy with product and service.

I placed an order, and there was a mistake with the address. I emailed them right away, and within 12 hours they got back to me to fix it.

What made my experience great was how comfortable and supportive these shoes are. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and almost immediately after I started wearing them, I noticed a significant reduction in pain. They provide excellent arch support and comfort throughout the day. The company also does a great job with customer service. They respond quickly to emails and are very helpful with any questions. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the shoes and the support from the company.

I ordered my usual shoe size, but when I received the shoes, they were smaller than expected. I contacted customer service, and they offered to send me a large size after I posted this review. I appreciated their willing to help.

I had an issue with regards to the order that I received, being that the shoes did not fit me. I contacted Omega and Susan in Customer Services has been more than helpful to resolve the issue for me which I am very grateful for. The shoes I ordered were slightly on the small size (so I would suggest ordering the next size up when placing an order). Due to the shipping cost to return, Susan offered me a partial refund and I have donated the shoes to my local St Lukes Shop for them to sell. Susan went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with what was offered and her communication was superb. Can only rate my experience with Omega as 5 star.

Waited a while for delivery but worth the wait.! Love the style.

I could not fault the service of Omega walk. Their Customer Service team replied to me promptly and were very helpful. I ordered my usual size boot but it was too small. They offered to send me the larger size for a small shipping cost and not to return the smaller ones.

The size of shoe I ordered was too small. They very graciously offered to send me a new pair of the right size and waived the shipping fee.
I am very pleased with their service.

There was a problem with the sizing but they resolved the issue immediately.

In search of comfortable shoes for work I discovered the Ortho Balance Orthopedic All Purpose | Antiskid Daily Wear Shoes at
Omega walk. They are honestly the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had for work. I work 17 hour days and walk up to 35,000 steps. I can say that these shoes have really made a difference on how my feet feel at the end of the day. I highly recommend these shoes!

It took almost a month for the product to ship, it comes from China, does not say anywhere on the website that it will ship from china and take a month. When it finally was here it never got delivered, tracking said returned to sender due to wrong address, but my address was correct and verified. It felt like a scam. When dealing with the customer service to get a refund it is a nightmare. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company in order to get the money back. Customer service kept saying it was my job to contact USPS and get confirmation on where the product was and they are still emailing me this almost two months after ordering the product. Absolutely ridiculous, they wouldn't issue me a refund and kept saying it will probably still be delivered if it does you can return it. Still two months out not delivered. Absolute SCAM!!!!! Do not buy this product!

I never received my package so I emailed omega walk about it and I was told I’ll get replacement shoes.

I loved the shoes, excellent quality, super comfortable for my plantar fasciitis. I can stand all day and they don't tire me out. Don't hesitate to buy them.
