Omlet USA レビュー

I just found a bird cage that is not to small and not to big. It is also the best designed one I found. I looked at many they were all to small or to big. Also they were shapes the bird would not like.

Easy check out. Seems like a good product from reviews.

Easy navigation and ordering

I only wish that I would receive one of the alleged discount codes from time to time. Products are expensive.

GREAT, LOVE YOUR STUFF

Easy checkout! Excited to see our new Eglu!

my budgie loves her cage from omlet. just make sure you add plenty of toys, different natural perches, food dish for fruits and veggies, NO HAPPY HUTS they kill birds, and drape a pretty tapestry from redbubble over the back to make them feel safe. they dont like feeling exposed in a round cage in the center of the room.
also, this cage is not big enough for cage bound birds, other than...maybe maybe a pair of zebra finches.... even then its not ideal as a permanent cage.
so if you have budgies make sure they have another big cage or lots of playtime out in the house with playstands.
they wont live very long if kept in such small cage and not able to really stretch and exercise the body in flight.
btw this cage looks gorgeous, midcentury modern style, its so lightweight that if i have to run out of the house with my bird in a crisis situation i can just grab the cage and go, its big but it fits in back seat.
i have two of them, gold mesh with cream bottom, its very neutral and stylish.
thanks for reading!

This is my second order. The omlet door is great. Ordering is super quick and easy.

Before making my purchase, I talked to 3 different agents and they were all fabulous. They all contributed in my decision making on what to order. First time I am buying your products and can't wait to get them!

I love Omlet and it’s products. The products are not only functional they are attractive. My unfenced yard is wide open to the view of all my neighbors so nice looking was very important. Omlet Customer Service is very quick to help resolve any issues or provide needed information. The web site is easy to use and has great information, videos, and links. I have the MK2 that houses my girls well. We are expecting a snow storm so I ordered the Extreme Temperature Cover. I’m not sure my girls really need it but I’d rather be safe than sorry. If you’re contemplating a coup for your chickens the MK2 with wheels is a great option. I move my girls when they’ve cleared the weeds they are sitting on helping my grass.

Just order the Omlet automatic chicken coop door. Site was very easy to use and full of detail information.
I will update on how the door works and if its as easy to install as they claim.

Omlet's chicken supplies are the best quality I have experience so far. I recommend Omlet to everyone I know.

I am very pleased with these products and their quality. Will continue to purchase as long as the quality continues to be the same or improve.

The company is great. They sell great, solid products. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Thanks for having something that will entertain my friend's pet chickens

So far the products have been as described and the customer service response has been prompt and pleasing. I would like free shipping.

I am buying the floor paper to the absolutely most wonderful cage.

Just ordered my third coop. Shipping is fast. Coops are QUALITY! I'm a smallish 72-year-old woman and have had no problem assembling these. Instructions are clear; all parts, screws, etc. supplied. The birds LOVE the coops. Rain-proof. Predator-proof. I sleep better knowing the chickens are safe. And so, so easy to clean!

Beautiful sturdy SAFE habitat for our rat ^_^

I am hoping to save someone from wasting their hard earned money. We purchased the Walk in Chicken Run - 9ft x 13ft x 6ft plus 2 Outdoor Pet Run - Pack G for $1383.24, Oct 25th, 2021, we received the complete order Nov 1st, 2021. We live in a small town in Teton Valley Idaho, with heavy snow. We tarped up the run on all sides, including the top, to keep our chickens warm enough during these harsh winter months. Super excited to finally have enough room for all of our hens. The beginning weeks of Dec ended up being a lot windier then usual. Expecting the run to withstand the wind, that unfortanley did not happen. The run was completely destroyed in one day. Thank goodness we didn't move our chickens inside yet. I was devastated, I thought I will contact Omlet since it has barely been a month. I ended calling Omlet, leaving a voicemail explaining our situation. I received a call about 2 days later, with some woman saying sorry its not covered under the warranty. Thank you, goodbye. Now I have worked in customer service my whole life and could not believe what I just heard. I got nothing, no assistance whatsoever, and no Compassion for their customers. Now, we did not have $1383.24 of chump change sitting around in the house, this was a thought out purchase to further our small business, we saved for this. I decided, maybe its just this one person, I’ll try to email. I emailed explaining my situation and sent pictures. I received an email back with an explanation of why I shouldn’t have tarped just the sides, which we did not, we tarped it all, then I got another sorry its not covered under warranty. I literally bought this and just set it up, didn't even get to put my chickens inside and I wasted $1383.24. My heart is completely destroyed, I don't know what to do. So I leave here my experience and my review. I hope this helps someone not waste a dime on this company.

P.S. The material was flimsy, not sturdy.
