Great platform for small businesses. Weve been using Omnisend now for almost 2 years and are very happy with the platform. Although it could use some more multilingual support, the overal experience is excellent! Highly recommended.

By far the best email/marketing automation software I've used (and I've tried a lot). They also have a free tier which is incredible and essential for small businesses that are just starting! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's a bit of a smaller company (compared to something like mailchimp), so for some things I have to program an automation through make.com or zapier, but I don't mind too much!

It's really easy to connect this email marketing app with Woocommerce, and also simple to set up automations that run when something happens in Woocommerce. I really love the dynamic discount codes feature in Omnisend, discount codes we send in newsletter and automated emails are created automatically - unique for each customer. Only thing I would love to see is an option to preview product images right in the customer's inbox so they see them before even opening the email.

We have been using Omnisend for over three years now. Customer service has always been superb, very responsive, and patient.

I'm on the free trial and honestly, I'm impressed. I'm not exactly tech-savvy, and I had paid quite a bit to get workflows set up on Yotpo. With Omnisend? Setting up workflows wasn't a huge challenge, felt like something I can actually do myself. No stress, one quick support ticket and done.

Just starting our e-commerce journey, and Omnisend program and videos have made it so easy—100% recommendation of this program.

As someone just getting started with email marketing, it wasn't easy at first to figure out how to set everything up properly for my store. But your video guides and knowledge base were incredibly helpful, especially when it comes to setting up automations. The built-in presets are very solid, which made things easier.
One thing that would really help small businesses like ours would be the option to automatically redirect replies to different mailbox instead of the default sender email address. That would make things smoother for our store.

We recently migrated from Klaviyo to Omnisend, and Deniz made what could have been a stressful transition absolutely seamless. From day one, he guided us through every step of the journey with patience and expertise.

What impressed me most was his proactive approach - he didn't just answer our questions, he anticipated potential issues and helped us solve them before they became problems. Deniz went above and beyond in setting up our account properly and ensuring we understood all the features that would benefit our business. His support turned what I expected to be a complicated migration into a smooth, stress-free experience.

After much research I decided to move my email marketing, after 7 years with Mailchimp, to Omnisend. It promised so much, especially it's strong integration and powerful tools for Shopify. THIS PLATFORM DOES NOT FULLY INTEGRATE WITH SHOPIFY. I spent DAYS and DAYS and DAYS creating all my automated flows, only to realise that Omnisend hadn't sync'd my customer order data fully. I have customers who have ordered 22 times in Shopify, only showing 3 in Omnisend, I have customers who have ordered 15 times in Shopify only showing 1 in Omnisend - every customer I have looked into does not show the correct order number, so this means ALL my segments and triggers DO NOT WORK correctly. I have spent HOURS and HOURS and HOURS on the Omnisend live chat, i've spoken to 6 or 7 different people, who all took my on a wild goose chase making changes to my segment and email triggers, even though I mentioned several times that I didn't see what difference this would make if the actual order data wasn't correct. I was dismissed, and as they are 'experts' went along with all the changes they progressively asked me to make, and guess what, NONE OF IT WORKED because the customer order data isn't correct!!! It's been passed to technical teams, developers, etc and still it's not correct. I've paid for my membership for 3 months upfront (as a small business this is a lot!), I emailed them separately begging for help over a week ago and have had no reply, and now my live chat contact has gone quiet. I'm behind in all areas of my business as this has taken up so much of my time - JUST AVOID.

Awesome email marketing platform - great tools, nice UX, good pricing and fantastic support. I had requested a new feature and they reached back out to me once it was released. They have crazy good support, which makes using their product a breeze.

We were using Mailchimp before but their automation just wasn't enough for us and we love the features Omnisend offers.

I had a suspended account because an issue with the web, after the bot, they were really fast on clearing my doubts and fixing the problem.

The support people at Omnisend are great, responsive and accommodating. We had to delete our trial account for other reasons (not optimum feature fit for now). It was refreshing to experience professional fast help to get that deletion done.

I moved my store from Shopify to Woocommerce recently for more flexibility and customization. One thing I noticed right away is that Omnisend's integration with Shopify is definately offers more advanced aautomation triggers, especially for platforms specific events. The Woocommerce integration works fine, but it's a bit more limited on that front.

On the plus side, the support team is seriously impressive. Always helpful, they care if you are seeing results. Every time I've reached out, support team gone out of their way to help me make sure things are working smoothly. This makes a big difference.

They've just rolled out a feature I had asked for a while back. It's not exactly what I need yet, but with a few tweaks and custom setup, I can definitely make it work. Either way, the fact that you guys listened, that's rare and really appreciated.
I don't run an ecommerce store, so I'm probably not a typical user, however I still rely heavily on newsletter and automations. If I had one ask, It would be to broaden things a bit, right now, most features lean heavily toward ecommerce. Some more flexibility for general use would make it even better.

Had a bit of trouble figuring out how to set up abandoned cart and checkout workflows to fit my needs, but customer support team was helpful, they even made some changes for me. Overall good experience, though I would love to see more email templates (I've already passed that feedback along).

Back in April, I asked if it would be possible to upload and use custom fonts in Omnisend, since the options were a bit limited at the time. to mu surprise, not only did they release the feature, but they also let me know once it was live. That kind of follow-up is rare, at least in my experience. Overall, a very decent experience, would give it a solid 9 out of 10.
