Bad communication and missing delivery
Sadly it's as bad as other reviews have described.
I ordered two items on the 5 of December 2025. FAQ says it can take up to 12 weeks for international orders (I'm from Europe). I received a FedEx confirmation on the 8th, so I was hopeful that the delivery would be quick but I wasn't expecting it to arrive before 2026 given the holidays. There hasn't been a single update on FedEx's side since then.
Fast forward a bit, I contacted the store sometime in January to ask about the order but their ticket system doesn't send out a confirmation response, so I'm unsure if it was ever read. I haven't received a reply in 4+ weeks.
Today (on the 24th February 2026) I logged into my account again to see that the order status as "Fulfilled". I never logged in before so I don't know how long it's been this way. I sent a new ticket today hoping they will respond this time, but I their system still doesn't send confirmation emails that they received the ticket.
Given other reviews I am doubtful that I will receive a response to this one and will likely be forced to file a refund. It's a bummer since I love the artwork but they haven't resolved their communication or delivery issues, so heads up for anybody willing to try.

I ordered a realworld Kel plush and it came completely deformed and looking nothing like the picture, and looked like a bootleg. It had paler skin, a horrible hairline, one arm was shorter than the other, the mouth was wrong, the eyes were too low and looked completely different, and the head shape resembled Stewie from family guy, even after reshaping. After contacting support a second one was sent and it was even more deformed than the last one. Any further emails sent were completely ignored. I decided to buy one more to hopefully get it corrected and it was still deformed. The quality drop is disgusting and I would personally go as far as to call it a scam.
It's not worth the money.
Trash communication, bad quality and bad experience with replacement. They charge too much for average quality material. I live Omori but the shop doesn't have great reputation

Got the item I ordered.
Was quite skeptical about ordering from Omocat but the item I ordered did arrive and exactly as described. Only thing was that it said dispatched straight away and got a tracking number but didn't work for the first week, which got me worried.

SHIPPING REVIEW: 10/10
I was a bit worried that my package would take weeks to ship. And, when eventually shipped, that it would take even longer to arrive. However, take note that I did buy priority shipping and it got to me within 5 days of me placing the order. I placed my order Thursday night (March 20th) and a tracking number was provided on Friday (March 21st). It shipped later that day on Friday and just arrived to me today. (March 25th). Could this be because of priority shipping? Yes. Although, it could've taken much longer for it to have been processed.
Keep in mind that during Holidays and merch drops/restocks it may take longer and you should expect delays. But when it's just a normal Tuesday, I wouldn't worry too much as there probably isn't a random high demand.
PRODUCT REVIEW: 9/10
I purchased the Headspace Basil plushie as well as the OMORI plushie. Both of these are really soft and quite good quality. I will say, they are a bit small, but not too bad in my opinion. I'd say they are a lovable size that aren't big enough to really cuddle with, but nice too squeeze and display via Ita Bags or on shelves.

I've had an overall good experience with them. A lot of comments complaining are about bad customer service and it not shipping or shipping with damage. Which is accustomed to most indie online stores, at least bad customer service. The damage and not shipping is a problem for USPS not OMOCAT

I've bought few items from their OMORI collection hoping that the shipping would be get better over time, even getting priority shipping. It hasn't and the quality is terrible. I genuinely hate having to order merch from them as there isn't really anywhere else. Don't waste your money and time.

Both my orders came in pretty quick, but the only issue is instead of receiving a keychain, i got a duplicate shirt i purchased but XL size. Cant complain as its x4 the keychain's price, guess i can hang that up. Overall pretty nice

Always had a positive experience ordering from OMOCAT's store when purchasing various shirts, or the limited time items of the OMORI characters. Only issue I've ever experienced is the limited stock but other than that, the products have been an A-plus on getting to me on time and in good condition.

I’ve bought from omocat multiple times and overall had an okay experience until last time. I preordered the omori plushies and I was so excited to get them since omori is one of my special interests (I’m autistic). The package never made it to me and was sent back to omocat because “the adress was incorrect or undeliverable”. I checked my order info multiple times after being told that and I had put in the correct address so the mistake wasn’t on my side.
I contacted customer support and it took them multiple days to reply. I asked if there was any way they could send a new package with the same items instead of me getting my money back. I even offered to pay again for everything. They said they couldn’t reship the item since they couldn’t guarantee if/when the package would return to them which is fair enough, but they completely ignored my question on whether a new package could be sent instead.
I wouldn’t have minded getting my money back if the items I bought weren’t limited and something I knew would get restocked after a month but at the time omocat had not said there would be a restock of them. The whole conversation with omocat support had taken multiple weeks because it would sometimes take them up to a week to respond to my reply. I get that they’re probably very busy but waiting a week for a response with no real answers kinda sucked.
Overall good shop just hope that everything goes as planned so you don’t have to contact their costumer support :/

I’ve bought from here twice and each time the quality was amazing! I recently ordered the headspace photos so I guess I’ve bought 3 times but I’m still awaiting them. I’ve gotten an omori plush which took a while but was totally worth it! Also, I got the Aubrey and Basil figures and I was SO happy with them. The shipping does take a while but overall perfect. Great shop, do recommend if you’re a fan of omori like me. 😁

Most overpriced problematic sweatshirt of my life. I paid 65 for the sweater, plus 5-10 for the shipping. I received one email when it was packaged and sent, then nothing. There was no follow-up. Wrote to OMOCAT after three weeks, had to pick it up at the local post-office plus pay another 10 because customs. Nice sweater, but never again buying from them.
