Never use this company for any merchandise purchases or if you're a company looking to sell merch please for the love of all things never use this company. I made an order on December 3rd. It took them 5 emails and a MONTH before they told me that my order wouldn't even have a chance of shipping before late April. 6 Months after I ordered it while still showing some of the items that I purchased as in stock.

Terrible Company.

Wrote at least 6 e-mails concerning 2 of my orders and no response. I hope that they lose their VTuber license to Uniqlo, a much stronger company.

Their products are nice and it seems in between the lines they can’t issue an instant refund.

How can anyone run a business with 6 employees and the main artist doesn’t reveal his / her / themselves? Shady sketchy company. Do not order from them, do not do business with them.

No customer service number, no real human replies, just auto generated responses. 0/10 stars. Do not waste your energy, money or time with them. They give an excuse about the COViD situation too in their auto replies. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else on Amazon.

Also, their VTuber merchandise SHOULD’VE BEEN LABELED A PREORDER.

Boycott this company, do not give a single cent to them at conventions if they have a table. The absolute worst of the worst. Highly dishonorable.

I ordered items from them for my sons birthday and paid extra for 2 day shipping it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent multiple emails asking for my shipping refund and nothing. Not even a full refund just for shipping!! They are bad for business.

At first, I saw the plentiful negative reviews after I had already purchased two items and was worried. I bought the Natsuki and Sayori head keychains, and received both photo sets from omori as well as the Headspace Mirror Photostand from family for my birthday. However, my purchased items arrived quickly and all items were undamaged and in great condition. They are very cute and I would definitely purchase from Omocat again.

If you purchase from Omocat, I would simply make sure you are okay with the possibility that items may come damaged, as per other reviews.

I ordered two jumpers after playing Omori and becoming sorta obsessed and whilst I was slightly worried cause of reviews on here personally I had no issues. Both my jumpers came today (around 3-4weeks after purchase) and they’re both really cute and good quality. I ordered a size small as a uk size 8 and they fit really nice and the print is beautiful. I will for sure be ordering from them again they have really nice designs and I’m happy to find out that they’re good quality and good sizing so yeah I recommend!

The tracking was a bit questionable, but I assumed it could have been related to covid, and other circumstances since it arrived later than expected. I received both items that I ordered plus a free omori sticker! Don't forget that keychains come with a protective film that can be removed. Now the hoodie, I ordered the "something hoodie". The quality isn't as good as I was expecting...I wouldn't be surprised if it was used. There are quite a bit of lose strings and minor pilling, which I hope won't cause the hoodie to unstitch overtime :( The patch looks great! I love omori so simply having merch makes me happy. I would be unsure if i'd buy anything else from them...hopeful that the clothing quality would be better ><

I had a great experiance, great tracking, always gave me info on the package, the package came 2 days earlier, i had a free sticker. I overall would buy from them again.

Ordered several items at once. Shipping times not awful, free shipping on order over $150. For whatever reason, one item was missing from the order, and not marked on the packing slip, and I was given no notice of an order split or an additional tracking number for a delayed item. The "LIGHTBULB Acrylic Keychain" I ordered seems to have been used already, shipped back to them, and then repackaged and sold again. Significant scratches, dings, and scrapes on the item that do not match the pictures shown on the website. Not altogether a miserable experience, will update review if my support requests are answered and issues fixed.

Review update: (late I’m sorry), following the weekend they responded to my support request about the poster, and sent me a tracking number for it - it seems as though when they responded it had just been shipped that day, but that they had already been in the process, and merely not notified me of the delay. I didn’t submit a request about the keychain, it wasn’t worth it to me to send it back and get a new one, so still be wary when buying keychains I suppose. The clothing items I bought have all maintained similar size when washed in cold water with no excessive shrinking or staining.

It's has been over three months since I have made my order and I have received no word after reaching out to them several times. The most I get back from them is a comment saying "okay" which honestly feels as if they punched me in the gut, spat on my face and just told me, in a not so friend way, to eating a bucket of ******. Honestly the rats and roaches in my home can provide better service than people who are in charge.

I still haven't received my merch after 2 months of the expected shipping date. When I tried reaching out to them they told me to consume feces!! Their customer service is truly the lowest of the low.

Order arrived safely although it took a long time. The tracking was good and the final product was better than what I expected.

I have ordered a few items on their shop. I have yet to received them it’s been 2 months now since I purchased them. Every time I get in contact the same two people make me go in circles avoiding to answer my question. It’s so bad that one of the people there gave me someone’s else’s tracking number with the person address… If you want your privacy to get breached suggest not going through the risk of going to this shop. Very high risk for literally no reward…

Reading previous reviews here I was a bit worried, but my order arrived without any hitches. I put my order at the beginning of the month and it took about 3 weeks to arrive - pretty fast, considering all the warnings about slow shipment, both here and on Asendia's site. I got my tracking number right after payment got confirmed. The product I ordered was an acrylic keychain and it looks very well made. Be warned though - I originally thought it looked very scratched and had some stringy, plasticky bits hanging off the sides. Turns out it's just a protective film that can be easily peeled off. I also got a free sticker :) Overall really good experience, I might shop there again!

Horrible customer service with no notice of delays, except on twitter (which not everyone uses).

I've sent three emails in the span of 1 month with no response about my shirt purchase in March. Claiming production delays is unacceptable when you sent a bulk order to a physical store in Japan. Claiming shipping delays when those of us who preordered in March are still waiting, while those who ordered in in May received their order is unacceptable.

The shipping is overpriced. Their launch of the game on kickstarter was just as disorganized and terrible as this clothing preorder distribution.

The store and its owner know the popularity and fandom of this game. They should've gotten more staff and a new organization workflow after the first disaster on kickstarter. If I get my money back or the shirt I ordered, I can't support this artist anymore if they can't even have decent customer support.

I would be more lenient if this was a one-person operation, but this is an established team that created and supported an entire game Kickstarter. I understand covid and production can cause issues, but your lack of responses have been terrible.

Ordered there 3 times
One time in mid-march, one time at the end of march, and one time on the first of april.

The one from april arrived FIRST. Though the package was missing parts of the items I paid for. (Got a refund)

The one from mid-march got a tracking number that didn't move at all since the package didn't even make it to the post office yet. The number was created in MAY. Customer service doesnt reply to any E-Mails. The CD soundtrack of the game inside that supposedly caused the delay but they shipped some out of them to people as early as april that excuse is garbage.

The shirt order from end of march still has no tracking number and no updates. They claim one item in that order is delayed because the manufacturer has trouble producing it. Meanwhile they send a WHOLE BULK OF THESE SHIRTS TO JAPAN TO SELL THEM THERE. So no. international delay cant be it nor the supplier being slow.

They dont reply to customers e-mails, if they do, theyre partly even replying passive aggressively. They say its going to be shipped out in the next 2 weeks... they say that for 2 months already

They changed the colour of a product after it was sold... without notifying buyers! They just put a notice on the buying page you normally dont visit after your purchase...

People randomly get their merch while others dont. They send it out randomly.

New orders from MAY with the same items as the order from MARCH get sent out SOONER than the ones that are open.

If you can rather buy fanmerch since thats much saver and you actually get your stuff and stay away from the omocat store

I ordered the two sets of illustrations from the Omori game photo albums. The illustrations are very pretty and of very good quality. I also had two free stickers in my order, which are also very good. In general, the products are of very good quality and correspond to the description, photos etc. They are also very loyal to the game.
The only negative point is the delivery time when placing an international order. I ordered on the Omocat website on April 22, 2021, and my products arrived on May 31, 2021 (I ordered from France). I ordered through Asendia because I had no choice. The shipping costs were very reasonable ($5) and I didn't have any customs charges. On the other hand, the delivery time was quite long (a month and a half). The tracking was correct for Asendia, I had the information when I needed it.

J'ai commandé les deux sets d'illustrations des albums photos du jeu Omori. Les illustrations sont très jolies et de très bonnes qualités. J'ai également eu deux stickers offerts dans ma commande, qui sont eux aussi très bien. De manière générale, les produits sont vraiment de très bonne qualité et correspondent à la description, aux photos etc. Ils sont également très fidèles au jeu.
Le seul point négatif est le temps de livraison lorsque l'on fait une commande à l'internationale. J'ai commandé sur le site Omocat le 22 avril 2021, et mes produits sont arrivés le 31 mai 2021 (j'ai commandé depuis la France). J'ai commandé via Asendia car je n'avais pas le choix. Les frais de livraisons étaient très raisonnables ($5) et je n'ai pas eu de frais de douane. Par contre, le temps de livraison était assez long (un mois et demi). Le suivi était correct pour Asendia, j'avais les informations quand il fallait.

I ordered via asendia cause it’s the only way possible to order it internationally. My first order (March 27th) hasn’t arrived yet (I think it’s because it was a pre-order) but my second one (April 28th) arrived today! Everything is good quality and I LOVE EVERYTHING ON THE OMOCAT SHOP AHAH
If you like the things on the shop I’d recommend you to be patient for the shipping, it’s true that you’ll have to wait a lot, but you’ll receive what you wanted and it’s really cool and high quality!! :D

I never had to speak to customer service, so I can’t rate that. I ordered the OMORI and friends sticker sheet. The shipping took about a week to be trackable, and once that happened about three days for the stickers to arrive. I ordered when OMORI merch was selling out incredibly fast though so I assumed they waited to ship them out with many other orders. The stickers are decent quality, I have both BASIL stickers on my phone and they’re holding well despite how much I rub over them. My other stickers are on a merch cork board wand they’re fairly clean and pretty. The only reason I say four and not five stars is due to the delay in shipping (their site says that initial waiting period should have been 5 days or so.)

Overall I’d recommend their stickers if you’re a fan, I’ve also just ordered the faraway town print set and will review those as well.

EDIT: I also ordered the faraway photo print set, they’re all good quality and have backs printed on them (including the toybox key on the back of the treehouse photo, which I didn’t know was there.) They arrived much faster and I’d also recommend them. I have a handful of the prints up on my cork board now.

Extremely long shipping times and non existent customer support.

I ordered two sweaters from the 2018 Fall collection, the White Widow sweater by Vacuum-Chan and the KERO KERO HELL sweater by Crisalys. The fabric is incredibly high quality, and SO soft, especially on the inside! The colours are incredibly vibrant and exactly how they look on the store. The unique designs are gorgeous, and by some of my favourite artists. I've had these for about six months now and they still look brand new. Although, the very bottom of the sweater where the fabric is ribbed (not sure what it's called sorry!) will cause the design to fade somewhat. However, it's a very small part of the jumper and not even present in most of them. As the prices are pretty high, my advice is to buy these items only if you really love the designs, like I do!

Also they are quite baggy/big, but I am a very tiny girl (148cm tall and quite thin) so I think it is moreso because of that, so I can't comment on the accuracy of the sizing.

Overall very high quality, incredibly comfy, beautiful designs, and completely worth it! Thank you, Omocat!
