I didn't have plans to address my experience with Omologato as I just gave up. However, Trust Pilot gave me the opportunity to voice my opinion.

My first watch order from Omologato was a graduation gift for my eldest son, and the experience was excellent. The watch arrived exactly as ordered, and my son absolutely loves it.

Unfortunately, my second experience was quite different. This watch was intended as a graduation gift for my second son, but the watch I received was not the one I had ordered.

I contacted Omologato and received an immediate response from the owner:

“I’m so sorry Jamie. That was all my fault. The team have been under so much pressure this week because of The 500. I’ll go back to the office tomorrow and get this resolved.”

I was genuinely impressed by the response and very appreciative of the personal attention and was confident the issue would be resolved in time for graduation.

Unfortunately, what followed was months of email communications that ultimately resolved nothing. In the end, I kept the watch and gave it to my son two months after his graduation. He loves it as well.

Omologato's Trustpilot score is very high and presumably well earned. But, what has been most disappointing, was not simply receiving the wrong watch. It is the way the situation was handled. I still do not understand why it became so difficult to resolve, nor have I ever been contacted by the company to acknowledge or address my order. In fact, I was passed from employee to employee to employee making for a frustrating situation having to explain my situation again and again.

I have no issue recognizing that mistakes happen. And when they do, simply acknowledge them and resolve them. In my case, acknowledgement was instant and intent to resolve the matter was immediate. But then... nothing of substance prevailed.

I remain a fan of the watches and, based on my first experience, had every reason to expect the same level of service the second time around. Unfortunately, the handling of this order left me genuinely disappointed. At the very least, I would have appreciated an explanation and some acknowledgment of what went wrong.

So, to this day, I do not understand why my order was handled the way it was.

Excellent service and excellent watches, what more could you want?

Great quality product, fast shipping and most importantly, I love my watch.

1. Shami Kalra, the owner, is very active and involved in the business - he even called me one day (UK - SA) to thank me for being a loyal customer. I have never experienced that before!
2. His staff are very polite, quick to respond, and knowledgeable (Freya and Stuart).
3. The watches are well made, and the designs extremely colourful and original.
4. Watch boxes are sturdy and the regular shipping company (DHL) are prompt and communicate well.
5. My Omologato timepieces all enjoy a special place in my watch collection.

The watch gets lots of compliments because of the design/shape. It was cool to have the owner following up on the delayed release of the Oslo Panamericana. He's a motorhead like the rest of us! I have owned TAG's in the past and for the price point, it's exceptional!

The personal touch when your watch arrives. That little thank you card. The fact the watches are made in small numbers makes them feel very exclusive. I've never met another owner when out and about at the car events I attended. Then there's the quality and value for money. I LOVE my omologatas.

I have purchased multiple watches from Omologato. The watches themselves are fantastic, and the story behind them is even better… A great group of people starting at the very top.

Well if all companies were this professional, friendly & genuinely helpful the world would be a better place. I have bought from Omologato before and had an amazing experience but I don’t think I ever actually wrote a review (it was a gift) Now this time when the parcel arrived I was the one opening it and getting the full ‘new watch’ experience.
It is all in the details, the personalised thank you card/quality of the presentation box. Everything was just perfect. I bought the Laguna Seca 1957 model & it’s already had several people comment on how stylish it is. The quality is excellent, customer service at its best.

I fear this might be a slippery slope now and the range is vast and I need to stop clicking on the website as there’s always ‘another’ watch that’s more exciting than the last. With a buying experience like this it is an easy decision as to where I buy my next watch from whether it be a gift to a friend/family member or a gift to myself…

I will continue to watch (pun intended) the website and of course being a huge motorsport fan will no doubt see the brand at various events across the uk. I am fortunate enough to have met Shami in person a few times and I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve met a more genuine, passionate business owner. So basically if you like me have been following the Omologato brand from afar for a few years don’t wait any longer, buy a watch that makes you smile and get ready for a refreshingly nice online buying experience. Thank you to Shami and his team too for his generosity with his time. 👏

The entire ownership experience of an Omologato watch is second to none. The watches are fantastic quality and exceeded my expectations, firstly. But the true greatness of omologato comes from their customer service.

I received constant communication through delivery delays due to unusually busy times, including phone calls from the founder of Omologato.

Just yesterday, I had a battery failure linked to the extreme temperatures in the UK recently, and the response was immediate despite my email being sent at 19:30. The issue was quicky resolved after another phone call and a short series of emails.

I can not praise Omologato enough for they're service and the piece itself is truly incredible. I will be buying many more in the near future.

Recently received my Classic Timer "Ecosse" which arrived in Saudi without issue despite current circumstances.

Love the design of the dial and the case - sits very well on my wrist - will certainly become a regular for me. I'm not in love with the stock strap however neither the look nor the feel - so a new strap will be happening in the immediate future.

First experience buying from these guys and the service post order was quick and efficient - there was some slight confusion on the delivery address and the staff that reached out to me were polite and friendly.

Top marks - very positive experience.

I've had my eye on this particular watch, the Tifosi Can-Am, for a while, it's the second Omologato watch I've purchased. My wife, who normally never notices watches, even liked it! Because of the crazy tariff situation in the US now I had some issues with delivery, but Stuart at Omologato was very helpful getting the watch to me.

I bought a watch from a very recently started motorsport inspired watch manufacturer, 10 years ago. It was a purchase made, that has lead to a journey with Omologato, I could never have imagined!! After many experiences over and above buying into the brand, I can honestly count the "Big Cheese" as a friend, along with the bigger team Omologato fraternity. That's the first 10 years done, and I'm privileged to be a small part of the journey.
It's not just a watch you buy, try it, you will not be disappointed with the whole experience

Great watch designs, great customer service and support.

It's my second Omologato watch and I think they are great watches. I will definitely keep a lookout for other ones that may catch my eye.

There has been problems getting the watch through customs, but they seem very helpful in getting it resolved.

Great company and great products.

It’s rare these days to find companies that legitimately care about what they do. Omologato is one of them.

They put so much effort into building something special to motorsport - and it shows with their product, every watch has a story linking to it.
The money is put where their mouths are too, sponsoring anything from junior drivers, to Indycar champions.

Absolutely will not find better quality at this price point. Truly rivals the Swiss.
