Ich habe vor weniger als 2 Jahren eine Waage für 70€ von OMRON über Otto bestellt. Jetzt ist sie kaputt gegangen. Ich schrieb Otto an, da ich vom gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsrecht Gebrauch machen möchte. Die verwiesen mich an OMRON. Die mich dann wiederum wieder an Otto verwiesen. Otto verwies mich wieder zurück. Keiner meint zuständig zu sein. Hier wird definitiv gegen deutsches Recht verstoßen. Das ist unter aller Kanone! Ich werde einen Anwalt einschalten. Ich empfehle niemanden diese Marke.

Ich wollte mein Omron Blutdruckmessgerät nach 3 Jahren wie im Handbuch beschrieben kalibrieren lassen. Nach mehreren Mails die nicht auf meine Anfrage eingingen wurde mir schließlich empfohlen mein Gerät mit dem meines Arztes zu vergleichen. Ich kann mein Gerät nur bei "Problemen" zur Wartung bringen. Ich werde mir ein neues Gerät kaufen aber nicht mehr von Omron.

Ubrugeligt.
Totalt ubrugeligt. Da jeg købte den, blev den skamrost. Men den har aldrig nogensinde virket. Det lader til vi alle i familien har 35 grader, det selv om vi er syge og panden er meget varm... Ubrugeligt bras... Til gengæld er den mega dyr....

I used to recommend omron 3 series without hesitation, they had great reliable products and customer service if there was a problem. Not anymore ! ! ! A patient came to the pharmacy with the 3 series she recently purchased. She reported that when she took the machine to 2 different doctor appointments. both times the readings were at least 20 points different from the doctors office BP machine. We called customer service to report the problem. The patient was told to return the unit for inspection (patient to pay for shipping !!) and a determination was to be made. The patient said she felt uncomfortable with the "interrogation" and instead wanted to just get a refund instead. Answer is NO from omron.. I heard the whole conversation and was appalled by the lack of empathy from the customer rep and her supervisor. they made it seem very difficult to have a satisfactory outcome. I can no longer recommend this product or company to our patients.

Omnron connect est une application basique qui ne prends le 2ème utilisateur que partiellement, il se mélange avec le 1er utilisateur et n’a pas accès aux graphiques .Les 2 sujets ne sont pas isolés peut mieux faire

Ho chiamato per una semplice informazione per un codice di errore er24 per la mia macchina della pressione M2 basic e mi hanno buttato giù il telefono 3/4 volte.non è un malfunzionamento,ma proprio la volontà di non rispondere da parte di un operatore uomo.estramamente deluso

Die App ist tatsächlich eine Katastrophe. Zum wiederholten Male, in den letzten Monaten/Jahren reagiert die App nicht. Immer wieder Aussetzer bei den üblichen Anwendungen. Die negativen Bewertungen auch anderer Anwender werden anscheinend ignoriert. Der eine Stern ist noch um zwei zu viel. Omron ist absolut NICHT zu empfehlen.

L'application fonctionnait très bien ainsi que la connexion avec mon tensiomètre.
Depuis aujourd'hui impossible d'avoir accès aux différentes fenêtres et d'enregistrer les données quand l'application est ouverte...bug total de l'application impossible à solutionner malgré les divers conseils cités par omron

I’ve purchased 4 omron BP monitors the last 2 you download the app ,this has to be the worst app I have ever used totally useless ,this morning I have taken 8 readings 1 has ended up on my iPhone and 2 on my iPad I get the same problems every day ,they must know there’s a problems ,they must all the negative reviews but seem to do little to rectify this ,I certainly will look to change to another model,using this app has probably elevated my blood pressure

OMRON X7 blood pressure monitor. The product is poorly designed. The Bluetooth interface with the app is terrible. The app requires you to press buttons on the product that do not exist. The instructions are woefully inadequate. Bluetooth constantly drops off and not all data is transferred. The sheer frustration I experienced with this product has given by high blood pressure!!!!!!!!

After using the machine for a week and constantly getting high readings and I took with me to hospital. The doctors checked against their own monitor and manual readings and confirmed the readings were continuously giving high readings and shouldn’t be used.

OMRON and Chemist Warehouse will not refund the product even after returning 10 days after I purchased it. I need to return to OMRON for them to determine the result. I have hypertension and I need to check my BP 3 times a day. How can I do this without a machine.

So disappointed if I could put a zero star I would. Spent 60 some dollars at Walgreens to get a wrist Omron blood pressure. It never worked to this day I've had a 6 days it's consistently runs 40 points lower than what my blood pressure is I have a machine at home a big machine that goes on the upper arm I compared it to what my blood pressure reading was on my home machine Omron wrist blood pressure machine was a waste of money it didn't give me an accurate reading once. I'm surprised it's still for sale do not buy

Oh my God, I wish I could give this company zero stars, I purchased my Omron m3 comfort from Lloyd pharmacy, suddenly the monitor stopped working and started giving me E1 which means an air leak,so I contacted the customer service, who advised me that they can either fixed it or replace it, but I have to provide them the receipt, I searched into my emails and found the order confirmation which shows the date, times and amount of money plus my name and my address and I sent it to them with the serial number..etc they returned back and said NO we need the actual receipt, it’s a joke man, who gets receipts online, normally we get order paid confirmation, but I knew that all what they are trying to do is escape from their warranty or any responsibility, and make me pay £30 to fix their broken machine,and they know that their machine wouldn’t last for long, so it’s a very bad experience only waste of time or money, and I personally now don’t believe all these websites which tells that Omron is number one in the market, I wish I read the reviews before buying their product.

Omron connect fungerar illa och är omständlig, många manuella handgrepp...länkar ej till Google Fit.

Omron M4 i sig är ok, fungerar bra. Men jag rekommenderar inte appen.

Omron ist aus meiner Erfahrung ein zuverlässiges BD- Messgerät. Im Preis inbegriffen, immerhin Fr.159.- , ist eine Gratis -Kontrolle, innerhalb der ersten 3 Jahre. Omron verweigert mir nun die Kontrolle nach gut einem Jahr darüber. Ja, ich bin zu spät aber es ist ein Versehen meinerseits und es geht doch nicht um eine Reparatur, sondern um eine Kontrolle des Geräts ( möchte doch Werte messen, welche auch stimmen), dies sollte doch auch im Interesse dieser Firma stehen. Ich nehme mal an, dass der Kunde diese Kontrolle indirekt schon bezahlt hat?
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Omron und werde bei einem weiteren Gerätekauf Omron nicht mehr berücksichtigen, wie auch die Drogerie, wo ich es gekauft habe. Ich habe grosse Mühe mit diesen beiden Geschäften, mit dieser extremen Sturheit und kundenunfreundlichen Haltung.

Ich hatte heute zweimal Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst, um der Fehlermeldungen auf den Grund zu gehen. Ich wurde abgebügelt, ich solle mir eine neue Manschette kaufen. Wenn dies nicht die Ursache ist, dann habe ich zwei intakte Manschetten HEM-Fl31. Was für ein Schwachsinn. Auf das Gerät gibt es 3 Jahre Garantie, es ist 2 Jahre und 5 Monate alt, auf die Manschette 1 Jahr. Zwischendurch hat Omron noch den Anschluss von Manschette zum Gerät geändert, so dass ich die intakte Manschette vom Gerät meiner Eltern nicht verwenden kann. Dem Kundenservice würde ich am liebsten gar keinen Stern geben. Die Firma möchte Ihre Produkte verkaufen, aber guter Service geht anders. Der fängt für mich schon bei gut deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeitern an und geht mit Kulanz und Entgegenkommen weiter. Das nächste Gerät wird definitiv keines von Omron sein.

Omron bp cuff is terrible. Can’t get readings without different displays about everything!! Someone else wrote how bad they are. I agree. I used to buy these for years, but now they are garbage. I’ll never use these again.

It is totally nightmare to pair this monitor with iPhone .
I spent ages but in vain.
Saw YouTube’s several time but it is shambles.I torn out hair.
Never buy device.

Keine Kompatibilität mit Apple Iphone mit IOS 17.xx seit 6 Monaten. Der Service hat keine Ahnung, wirft Nebelkerzen und fragt Stuss ab. Die Liste sagt kompatibel mir IOS 16.7 und das funktioniert auch einwandfrei.
