A fonctionné, plus moyen de connecter mot de passe perdu impossible de demander un nouveau mot de passe Omron demande l'adresse mail mais aucune réponce. En bluetooth je branche tout les appareils sans problème sauf Omron. un jour tout a disparu,

ORDER NO: 1000476046 ABSOLUTELY THE WRONG READINGS

Absolutely and frighteningly the wrong readings.
Blood pressure was read on Thursday at surgery the doctor said that my BP was a little high and if it continued it would need to be investigated further.

Parcel containing OMRON M3 purchased from BHF arrived Friday.
First Reading was 173/95 which according to the NHS website is exceedingly high and I should ring my doctors for an immediately for an urgent appointment.
Tried many times throughout Friday and today with varying results, however none remotely matched the doctors.
I have got all the trouble of sending it back

Omron nej tack

Köpte en blodtrycksmätare m4 på apoteket för 1345:- i det priset ingår inte en nätadapter dock 4 batterier som var så gamla att dom inte fungerade längre.
Och slangen mellan maskinen och manschetten är bara 65 centimeter vilket innebär att man måste lägga maskinen i knät vid mätning för att slangen skall räcka.

Omron har snålat in på för mig självklara saker därför får dom bara 1 stjärna.
Jag har nu fått köpa till nätadapter och en längre slang 1,3 meter för ca 300:-
Köpa en Omron produkt igen? NEJ

Har købt OMRON M7 Intelli IT ESH…

Har købt OMRON M7 Intelli IT ESH valideret digital blodtryksmåler men returnere den igen fordi integrationen til en smartphone koster penge i en abonnementsordning og det står der intet om i deres problembeskrivelse. Det ikke i orden og jeg mener det er falsk markedsføring og bondefangeri.

Overrated company. All hype but no substance!

I bought an Omron M4 Intelli IT Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor and within a few months, I began to suspect it wasn’t quite right. I noticed a number of issues, listed below:

1. The device does not inflate the cuff to a sufficient maximum pressure as it stops at around 130 mmHg. My other blood pressure machines inflate up to 170-180 mmHg, including ones at my hospital and the GP surgery which reach a maximum 200 mmHg, and therefore measure the blood pressure more accurately over a longer period.

2. This device gives wildly different BP readings (likely as a result of the above under inflation) which are way off mark and inaccurate, especially when measured against several other blood pressure machines.

This is worrisome as it under-records blood pressure which creates a false sense of healthy wellbeing and runs the risk of other associated health conditions.

3. The machine is unable to delete past readings. I followed the instruction as advised on the phone by Omron’s customer service agents but this device simply will not delete existing data as it should.

My clinicians have advised that if the machine does not inflate the cuff high enough, the measured blood pressure will be much lower than the actual bp. My home readings have been way below readings at the GP or at the hospital, white coat effect or not. That is a major concern.

OMRON’s offshore Customer Service are simply useless. They are robotic, unfriendly, incompetent and unhelpful. Despite several iterations explaining, they stubbornly refused to engage properly to address the issues and kept repeating the same nonsensical advice.

On my insistence, they agreed that I should return the device but at my own postage expense, even though this runs contrary to Consumer Protection Act. The Omron brand name is just a PR hype as their products are not all they’re made out to be.

I only bought an Omron BP device because I saw one of the nurses at my surgery use one. I will never touch another Omron product ever again.

Now a happy user - hardware and software used daily and provide an invaluable resource for my GP and local hospital

My inital review was poor, but this opinion has significantly changed. The product has been in daily use since bought and I have built up a history of BP readings over that time.

The machine is easy to use and if you put the cuff on poorly, get advised of this. The machine is proving reliable after 2-5 uses per day since bought.

Omron software is a big part of my satisfaction. It records my results via Bluetooth so there is no manual entry and room for errors. Doctors also know the readings are real as they cannot be faked. This was an original complaint but I see the advantage now and retract my original gripe.

The software generates average readings by day, week, month, etc, so if asked what your BP is, you can give a succinct numerical answer based on averages over time - this week, month, year... Or give your latest reading - what works for you. My data is over 4 years now as it predates this latest machine, so trends over 4 years are visible.

The updates get frustrating but there have been less lately, thankfully. I really hate their insistence on insanely onerous password requirements. If I want 123 as my password, that's on me, not them. I really hate their telling me what a password should be - i have too many and want simplicity. After all, who is ever going to want to see my data and try logging in as me? Answer: nobody, ever! It isn't saleable; you cannot blackmail me with it. Let me choose my own password damn you! Even with no password, nobody would want to see it so stop being so menopausal about password complexity.

Still, the product works well. It can go through batteries and I bought a 6V mains adapter cheaply online. If I need portability, I put in rechargeable lithium batteries which last well enough. The nature of the product means it will be a heavy battery user.

The software is well thought out and presented. Easy to interpret and record (via Bluetooth). Metadata can also be viewed if Drs want specifics (or cannot interpret the graph - and I have seen this more than once). You cannot edit or manually enter data, but can delete readings you do not want. I am at the stage that I recommend Omron machines as a brand - and include their software in that recommendation.

I have used their Support twice now, which was responsive and solved the issue. I am writing this as my previous review became unfair based on my subsequent experiences over 2½ years since buying this machine. The database built over time shows trends and changes based on drugs, lifestyle, treatments, etc. This has enormous value for doctors, from my GP to specialists.

GARBAGE MACHINE BP760

This machine is an absolute piece of sh**!!!!! (BP760)
How many times do I need to try to use it to get a reading? Every single time, I need to go through 10 errors to get 1 reading. Error E1, E2 CONSTANTLY!
Whoever designed this should be immediately fired!
This product is absolute garbage, and I’m irate that I cannot get a reading which probably raised my blood pressure, so that was a waste of time!
Buy from some other company! This is absolutely, absolutely absurd!

la pharmacie vous dis que vous etes assuré mais elle ne vous dis pas qu'il faut directementprendre contact avec omron

OMRON Platinum BP Unit died in less than 4 months

I bought this OMRON Platinum BP unit (Model: BP5450) on Amazon on 11/6/23. It was delivered on 11/7/23. I have high blood pressure and check it daily. The unit worked fine until 2/24/24. I tried to check my blood pressure in the morning as usual. It wouldn't turn on. So, the unit lasted only 111 total days. The unit warranty on this product is for six years. The cuff is only a one year warranty. The unit has been kept on home office desk and has never been dropped or damaged in any way. I went through the trouble shooting guide in the owner's manual, replaced the batteries with new ones, even though I use the unit with the AC plug and not on battery power. I tried plugging the unit into different outlets--all of which had power and powered other things just fine. I finally called customer service and was on hold for a few minutes until I got a live person. She walked me through all of the same things I'd already done to no avail. She said it would need to be sent back to them at my expense so they could inspect the unit themselves and determine if it was indeed dead and able to be replaced under warranty. The return instructions say not to return it in its original packaging and that each component must be individually wrapped and cushioned, and the package should be insured. It will take weeks to send it, have it inspected, and for them to make a determination that it is in fact dead and should be covered under their warranty. The time and cost involved to do so make their warranty absolutely useless because I can't go weeks without monitoring my blood pressure. So, I will have to buy a new unit. It certainly will not be an OMRON. Burn me twice, shame on me.

From their warranty: “We will, at our option, replace without charge any monitor or arm cuff covered by the above warranty.” But, make no mistake about it, there is a cost of money to package and send the unit back to them, and then the cost of time where you will be without a unit for several weeks at a minimum, until they send you a replacement unit. They could send a replacement unit since the customer service rep had me do all the things that are possible to power the unit on and they didn't work (which I had already done by following the trouble shooting guide in the owner's manual before calling). Sending a replacement unit with a pre-paid shipping label to return the defective unit is what top-rated companies do when they truly stand behind their products. This company has purposely designed their warranty and return policies to make it so time and cost prohibitive to the extent that people will not actually get the warranty coverage they should on their products. Being a critical healthcare product for those who need to monitor their BP, OMRON knows a customer cannot wait weeks to get working unit again. So, the warranty and the policy in place to get a replacement unit make their claim that they stand behind their products a completely false and misleading one. Will not do business with this company again.

Mäter helt fel värden. Påstår att jag har skyhögt blodtryck vilket enligt vårdcentralen är helt galet. Skräp. Får inte pengarna tillbaka. Hamnar i soporna. Kasta inte bort era pengar på skiten. Låt er vårdcentral mäta i stället.

Omron X4

Hallo zusammen, ich habe Gerät Omron x4. Sollte Daten übertragen, klappt nicht immer! Nach 4 Jahren kaputt und Service ist sehr schlecht.wird nicht repariert, obwohl 5 Jahre Garantie gibts. Würde ich nicht empfehlen!!!!

Wildly INACCURATE

I own four Omron blood pressure monitors (Serial numbers: 6Y12398LF; 202008002828V; and 20130815340LG). They are consistently rated on the Internet as the best BP monitors on the market. They are not! A&D Medical (recommended by the AMA) and OXILINE (highest customer reviews for accuracy) are more accurate. When the Omron wrist monitor came out, I was delighted, and immediately purchased one (Serial number: 202201021257V). I especially liked that it measured blood pressure as it inflates instead of as it deflates.

Since most of my family members have died of heart attacks or strokes, the accuracy of the BP monitor is extremely important to me.

During the last few months my blood pressure began increasing. When it reached more than 200/110 (the Omron wrist monitor), and I was experiencing chest pain, I took nitroglycerin three times separated by about five minutes. My blood pressure didn’t decrease, so I want to the emergency room. They found my blood pressure near normal and did many tests, including a nuclear treadmill test. They admitted me for a day and released me saying that my heart is fine and blood pressure is normal.

I then checked the accuracy of the Omron blood pressure cuffs. They were astoundingly inaccurate, measuring as much as twenty to fifty points higher than my actual blood pressure. One of my Omron monitors measured only 10 to 20 points above my actual blood pressure. I’m really disappointed in Omron BP monitors.

OMRON products are TERRIBLE as is their service..

This company could care less about its customers or products. I just paid $60 for a Blood Pressure monitor that gives extremely inaccurate (false) readings. The customer's service agent (Danielle) is trying to tell me it's because I am not healthy!!! ??? UNREAL - LOL.. Ludicrous!!!
DO NOT BUY!!!

Mi hanno fatto chiamare per 3 giorni di fila ( dandomi notizie diverse ogni giorno) per poi dirmi , alla fine, che la garanzia sugli accessori è solo un anno.
E tra l'altro non esiste il pezzo di ricambio e son costretta a comprare tutto un altro accessorio.
Affidabilità aziendale pari a zero.

Ubrugeligt skrammel

Købte øre termometer Gentle 521 hvilket har vist sig at være spild af penge. Alle målinger fortaget har været upræcise og ligget på 35 grader uanset hvad vi har forsøgt. Egen læge har forsøgt for at hjælpe - men med samme resultat. Ubrugeligt skrammel.

Grottenschlechter Support, Hinhaltetaktik!

Im Nov. 2020 ein RS7 Intelli gekauft. Hat exakt 2 Jahre und 11 Monate funktioniert. Plötzlich ständig Fehlermeldungen, Manschette bläst nicht mehr auf. Wackelkontakt an der Verbindung Manschette/Gerät. Garantieschein rausgeholt (3 Jahre Garantie), Gerät verpackt und an die angegebene Anschrift geschickt. Exakt so wie es auf dem Garantieschein gefordert ist. Parallel dazu eine Mail an den Support mit Sendungsnummer und genauer Fehlerbeschreibung. Paket konnte nicht zugestellt werden, weil Omron mittlerweile innerhalb Mannheims umgezogen ist. Beinahe täglich erhalte ich dümmliche Mails und soll irgendwas am Gerät kalibrieren. Habe Omron mehrfach mitgeteilt: legt Euch gehackt, ich habe 3 Jahre Garantie, kümmert Euch selber. Paket kam zurück zu mir. Glücklicherweise hatte ich ein neues RS7 Intelli gekauft. Bei dem steht auf dem Garantieschein plötzlich eine andere Anschrift des technischen Kundendienstes. Und für alle, die diese Anschrift benötigen: OMRON Medizintechnik Handelsgesellschaft mbH, Abt. Technischer Kundendienst, Konrad-Zuse-Ring 28, 68163 Mannheim.
Also Paket erneut frankiert, geht jetzt an die neue Support-Anschrift raus. Habe Omron eine Frist gesetzt, mir die Versandkosten zu erstatten und das Gerät instandzusetzen. Nach Ablauf der Frist gebe ich die Sache meinem Anwalt. Ich ärgere mich nicht mit solch einem Mist herum, dafür gibt es Fachleute.
Omron versucht mit ständig sich wiederholenden "Supportmails" die Kunden mürbe zu machen und hofft wohl, dass so keine Geräte eingeschickt werden. Nicht mit mir. Liebe Fa. Omron: mit Euch bin ich noch lange nicht fertig ;-)
