Great experience. Oncourse called back in a timeframe shorter than expected. They even moved up the appointment so they came a day early. Orlando the tech was knowledgeable, polite and ontime.

Horrible customer service with this…
Horrible customer service with this last call. I called back in 2025 to advise not to renew my service. I am to this day still being charged for the monthly service. I have continued to call and dispute the charges and always told to call Consumers themselves and tell them to credit my account and deduct it from my bill. However if you do that then you have a past due balance and get a shut off notice. So now I have paid a year worth of charges. The customer service rep I spoke to back in June 2026 said he saw where I called and told them not to renew my service and put in a request for a years worth of charges. Now being told it was denied because it was a valid service. How is it one rep can see where I said do not renew and officially cancel my account and now it is now showing in my account that I even called. Spoke to a manager and he was very rude, kept over talking me and refused to listen to what I was saying. Don't ever sign up for this service, they are horrible to deal with.

On course solutions has dispatch…
On course solutions has dispatch telephone people who listen and assess a problem then assign an expert to resolve it. They scheduled visit with one. The expert was very very knowledgeable in due conditioner cleaning and checking for sufficient refrigerants, he added some and set my thermostat to a degree that carried cool air for the nextv3 weeks of extremely hot temps outside. I am thankful for this timely work and being given the indoor temp setting needed.z thank you!

Every time I have called, I have talked with some really great people. Their willingness to make sure that my project is done quickly is huge! They do their due diligence to make sure I have the correct contractor. My projects are usually done within a couple of days and done right. I highly recommend! 5⭐️

This is a horrible company
This is a horrible company. I’ve had consumers energy appliance service for years and never had an issue. Once they switched to oncourse, it was a nightmare. I was paying 49.49 a month and when I looked it up, it said it covered my air conditioner when I called they told me it didn’t and that they could cover it for 49.49 a month but I had to wait 30 days to have them fix my air. Needless to say I canceled the service on June 1 and they’re still charging me saying that they go to the end of the billing cycle it’s July 21 and they just now take the money out. I canceled over six weeks ago. It’s hard to get through to anybody. I would never recommend this company to anybody. I’ve told all my family and friends who are now changing their service to.

Carlos is the best HVAC technician
Carlos is the best HVAC technician. Called ahead, explained the condition of the AC system, the maintenance needed, and did an exemplary job. Carlos even addressed a couple items over looked by the prior technician. He should be training any of your new or struggling HVAC techs.

I ended up calling in my request…
I ended up calling in my request because I couldn't get it to work on the website. The agent I spoke with was great and the call was quick. The company that was sent out was Total Temp and they were awesome!! Came out the next day, resolved my issue and was very thorough and honest.
