Nothing to do with your staff member (unless he was terribly ill informed) but seems your claims process isn't geared up to deal with claims where no other vehicle or party is involved. I can't believe this is an uncommon situation.

I was assisted by Lucy today regarding two ongoing non-fault claims, having previously spoken with her in February.
Lucy is an absolute credit to One Call Claims. Her communication, attitude and genuine willingness to help were incredibly refreshing. I can honestly say that she is the most helpful and professional customer service representative I can ever remember dealing with at any company.
If the management team at One Call Claims reads this, please take note: you have an absolute diamond of an employee working for you. I sincerely hope you do everything possible to retain her and give her every opportunity to progress within the company, should she wish to develop her career further.

if you want emails from ambulance chasing solicitors and trying to persuade you that you are injured carry on and use this company

Was a pretty good service except the agent didn't articulate very well and I had trouble understanding some of the things he was saying and had to ask him to repeat a few times

Great service on the phone

Ver helpful lady on the phone. Clear instructions provided and in a clear and transparent manner. Very please with the service I received from the advisor LA2.

Hilarious bunch of sharks. Just ignore them , a company that has been heavily fined for fraudulent activities doesn't win. Pathetic. And if they take you to court, bore the charges they claim. Different to listed ones ....and the CEO is a fraudulent, heavily fined for fraudulent activities too. Tell them to #### off

What a fantastic team, always there never felt alone, even if i need to speak to someone regarding issues they always got you to the department, or the cobtact them to pass on information, very supportive team

Just the worst service ever. Communications so bad its insulting. I want to never hear or use this really bad company ever again.

I am very happy with the service I have received from one call claims everything went smoothly and they were on hand to answer all questions and explain everything clearly
