This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I never signed up for a subscription and literally charged my account on PayPal and I never signed up for a monthly thing and there was no way to even cancel it so beware of this company. They’re a total scam if I could leave zero stars, I would Scam scam, scam.

This company is a TOTAL SCAM!
This company is a TOTAL SCAM. You can email them for months, asking to cancel your membership and they will NEVER GET BACK TO YOU. And there is no way to cancel your membership online nor through their horrible app. Can't do it by phone either since the only number they provide just leads you to an automated message saying the voicemail is full. Total scam artists!

Unusable with errors
Unusable with errors, back and forth with tech several times with no solution. Ongoing for almost 5 months, never worked.

Misinformed about subscription options
I asked if it was possible to choose which draws my monthly ticket subscriptions could be applied to. I was misinformed that it was possible. There are some prizes for which I do not want to enter, but it is not possible to re-direct tickets as part of the monthly subscription process, not after purchase.

It is absolutely possible to adjust your entries after purchase but this can only be done in the app! Once you open the app, click on your name in the top right corner and select the "entries" option. Right below that you will see "adjust entries." Please click there and you will see a list of giveaways that you have entries in. Click "add" next to the giveaway you want to add entries to and enter the number of entries you want to move when prompted. Once done, you will be prompted to select the giveaway you wish to take those entries away from and click "done". Once finished you will see a pop-up that says "Success! I send a email to One Country about changing my stage I was on to a higher one and they answered me on the same day and told me how to get it upgraded. Beware!!!
Horrible customer response. Only able to resolve an issue by email. Telephone number on credit card statement, if you call they do not call back. Emailed several times regarding account is not functioning correctly saying I’m not a member and still being charged over two months and nothing but short non-result statements fixing nothing.
Although they are great at taking your money. Customer support is by far very poor. If you’re gonna run a business, better learn to act like a business.
Also, take a look at the negative reviews, these issues are long term.

Terrible customer service
I have contacted them three times to cancel my subscription with no response. No other way to cancel or contact them other than email.

Your membership was canceled on September 11th, 2023 and we sent you a confirmation of that cancellation the same day. while this station MIGHT be legit. Not thrilled with their very open date on when the drawing takes place. They put in "around" and then give a date. So the drawing ends at the beginning of the month. Yet they don't reveal for the rest of the month who won.

Our membership 15$ ..they can’t find us ..rip off
Oc media holdings.. We reached out and can’t seem to get a response. They took our $15 dollars but can’t find an account. My bank sees $15 dollars immediately, but not y’all at one country…. What’s up with that? Oh and response time up to 7 days? What’s up with that? Very frustrating… At least a lottery ticket has a chance….. I have no idea 🤷♀️ what y’all are doing…. My only option seems to claim fraud on my charge card…. Why wouldn’t we ? No call 📞 back… no customer service…. Please 🙏 tell me something or someone would help us on this matter… my email is available to you. I’d give you my phone number, but trust is lacking right now… please don’t give the usual bologna statement that you truly tried to reach out, because you haven’t yet….
Update… your response is appreciated. What can you do? How about a refund of $15 dollars. How can I be entered in a sweepstakes when you can’t find an account for me?

If you wish to cancel you will need to reach out to support@onecountry.com with the email associated with your account, the first and last name on the account, your phone number, and any possible alternative emails you may have in case we are unable to locate it. Sometimes if an email was misspelled when it was registered we can have a difficult time locating it as our system searches for an exact match. We are so sorry for any negative experience you've had with us and we would love the chance to make this up to you. We never want our members to feel ignored or uninformed about their accounts! RIPOFFS
I have wrote to the contact email on the website TWICE.. first being to STOP any withdrawals for a membership.. never heard anything back. I asked for it to stop in JUNE 2023. Still crickets... There is NO SUPPORT@ONECOUNTRY try it... you will never get a connection to that site. You people are crazy for ever doing business with them... go ahead try to cancel.... my mother just died, leaving me with a funeral bill.. I want this closed NOW!!!!!!! By One County's response at the bottom, I didn't post this a hour ago... more like 3 hours ago... Also, a chat icon came up at 4:59pm stating that all representatives were busy.. then with me being the only one in the queue, they said to leave my email, name etc.... no answer after that... but they are on CST time which makes them a hour behind me. so at 5:02pm my time, they shut down.... you cannot look at your account to check any payments or change your CC #... don't join with money, join for free or you will never see your money again!!!
