Very easy to use. The app is well designed and buying can be automated.

I am giving onegold 3 stars purely based on the concept of the company which I really like and is fantastic to be able to buy and sell gold and silver and other metals specially in today global economic whirlwind , what I do not understand is that it is not maned with professional staff, and the service is disgraceful to be honest , to withdraw money is a nightmare that they always seem to have a problem with , they advertise that wire transfers on withdrawal take 1 to 2 business days when in fact it can take weeks, their support hotline never responds to emails or if they do they only send generic reply’s that do not answer any of your questions , there tel number has been out of service now for over a week so you cannot talk to anybody and in desperation when you contact their manager he also sends a generic reply that has no relation to the questions you had , it’s hard to imagine such a brilliant concept of this company could not have a professional team of staff manning it , definitely destroys any confidence

SCAM its easy to deposit money and theyll let you withdraw small amounts but when you want to take out larger amounts they will suspend you account request kyc and then close your account and tell you thell refund your money in 60 days and if the customer service rep Sam told me if it doesnt go back to the original bank because the bank account is close tht it is not his problem. So yea learn or dont learn from my experience its on you, I am personally trying cyber metals next and if that doesnt work Il go old school and get a safe deposit box and continue going to my local gold dealer.

Great app and functionality. My only complaint is how long it takes for deposits to become redeemable. If they could just cut that time in half it would be 5 starts all day.

This company can improve by responding to customer inquiries. I asked a question regarding IRA partners and they could not answer my question. I asked to leave a message with an individual named Levi and the message was never returned. Poor customer support.

I have been using this platform for more them 4 years now and I love the user friendly platform as well as the in app news articles to inform precious metal investors but wish it offered more besides gold, silver, and platinum. I wished goldbacks was optional and palladium too, but perhaps it would be available in the near future.

Awful scam of a company. If you have £100 invested with them, they’ll charge you £25 fee to withdraw it. It’s been over a week & I still haven’t received my money from the gold investment I had with them. AVOID. If you’re in the Uk!!

Need the vault fee canceled on one of your charges you charge me twice for a month of June through September. Thank you.
