I signed up with one gold over the weekend. I could get into the account 3 times then no more. I contacted them, they didn't get back to me. I called on Mon and they said my email address is not associated with any account. I will not invest anything with this company, done.

I have found it to be quite easy to use. I have found it to be quite easy to deposit money, buy / invest in stock and keep track of my investments. I have found the notifications is good in helping keep track of what I am doing.

Very up to date information I love this site.

I've had nothing but a great experience with OneGold. They make investing very easy and frequently offer incentives that make precious metals investing an even better investment. One time, I bought gold sitting in a car while my friend was pumping gas! Super easy.

I'm convinced all these negative commenters are some kind of scam operation. OneGold could not be more perfect. There is literally nothing they could do to make it better. One negative rating even complained about the difference between the buy and sell price. ALL brokers make money when you buy or sell. If they didn't, they would BREAK EVEN lol. They'd be like a change machine LOL. I'm a truck driver, I've bought coins for 30 years from EBay, coin shops, most of the big websites, and I buy mining stocks in my Fidelity account. I have not had one single thing go wrong with OneGold. It is seamless. I redeemed a coin and got a 1 oz. Maple Leaf. No problem. APMEX sent it to me. These 1 and 2 star ratings are either some kind of intentional sabotage or they are totally dumb. I think it's the former. I also use another similar app and it's fine but their software makes me crazy, it's difficult to log on and it keeps logging me off. It makes me wonder, didn't they test the software adequately and if not, what else are they going to miss? OneGold app never logs me off and I literally have never had one single problem with them. I brag about it to everyone. I have stopped buying physical because these premiums are so ridiculous and I know the allocated metal I buy through OneGold is in multiple, professional vaults where everything is audited by 3rd party and insured by Lloyd's of London. There's nothing better you can get. (I've also used Cybermetals and Glint.)

Gave me a promotional amount of gold as part of their marketing, but then a few months later clawed it back due to lack of activity of my account.

In the end felt it was a waste of time, I would have bought some gold with them in the first place but they were charging 2.5% additional fee for buying with bitcoin (which being able to use crypto was also part of the marketing).

user experience of mobile app is excellent but they are charging too much fees for everything. Difference in selling and buying metals is really exaggerated + storage fees. You will feel that you trade on metals for them. It is not win-win situation

I made the mistake of recommending them to my family in Argentina and Uruguay, but they struggled to recuperate their money.

I have a positive experience in the US.

Scam site. They receive your funds in minutes with a lot of payment options. When you want to withdraw your funds, the options are 1 or 2 and with a lot of problems so you can said good buy to your money

A nickel and dime operation that charges a premium for both buying selling and buying.

They will also lock your account whenever they need information from you. And they do it after hours, so your unable to get any support after 5pm

I would not use their service EVER AGAIN!!!
