Great company.
Went to cash out some silver and the deposit hit my bank within 24 hours. This was back in March 2024.
Been buying here for years.

It makes me feel secure knowing that my metals are secure with OneGold and when I redeem some they are very quick to get it in my hands.

Although there is always the concern of third party risk, even when holding physical metal's, I am thankful to OneGold for offering another option for accumulating wealth. Diversification is always an important part of any strategy. I am taking advantage of both options. However, I have a growing concern as to where to store the physical. One Gold has increased my options greatly. Liquidity is a great option for things like trading silver for gold when the ratio changes, or trading for physical. And of course, if for some reason I just need cash. I view gold and silver as a place to store my wealth. My hope is to never need it. But to pass it along to the next generation.

Great experience with One Gold so far. A good way to diversify with some Gold investment in portfolio. The storage fees are acceptable and the option to exchange for actual Gold is very cool.

I like OneGold except the 90 days you must wait once you deposit your funds to buy gold and silver. Not a quick place to buy your gold or silver. Also, fees to buy gold and silver (after the wait) not very competitive, you can find gold and silver cheaper at other reputable sites. Overall if you can stand the wait, not bad. I wish OneGold would change this policy, if not for everyone, perhaps those that have been a customer for a while.

Awful transfers and wires. One wire never made it to my bank account.

Easy way to get started in precious metals. Onegold made it easy to understand the spot price, spread, premiums, and storage fees when investing so I know what to expect as a novice.

I contacted customer service twice. I received replies to my emails within 1 day and both minor issues were resolved in each reply. The representative I was in contact with, Aiden P., was knowledgeable and showed great customer service.

The price to redeem physical assets seems to be a few dollars higher than the current buying price per ounce. For example, current buying price of silver is $32.88, and cost to redeem 1 oz. of silver is $35 to $40 depending on the product chosen. It appears the greater the weight in metal (i.e
1 oz. vs 100 oz. bar) redeemed lowers the cost a little. I consider it a cost associated with manufacturing and shipping & insurance. There is a 60 day waiting period on redeeming assets when purchasing via ach, credit, or PayPal. Prices for physical assets do seem fairly priced compared to other exchanges as well.

Auto investing is cool feature. Mobile app should provide withdrawal feature too.

The West hasn’t learned yet that we are not in control of the price of precious metals any longer. It will take time for analysts and the general public to learn this lesson. The East, particularly China and the Shanghi metals exchange are controlling the price.
I had the same issue in 1971 when my Economics thesis stated that the US was no longer the largest oil producer. The Middle East was. It wasn’t well received.
