Olivia was absolutely fantastic! The first pet trimmer that I ordered was defective and I contacted customer service. After I explained the situation with the trimmer through an email, Olivia got in touch with me quickly and immediately sent me out a replacement! Oneisall is comparable to Amazon with customer service! A+ company!

After I placed an order and paid, I was unable to track the delivery. The order number (only 4 digits from a website that has been in place for 7+ years: red flag) was listed on their own website as being invalid. The only email address on my order confirmation was a very dubious gmail address, another red flag. I was told the only way I could track my device was to download a third-party app, which I did not want to do. I began to investigate and discovered that their EU website has a VERY low trust score, meaning it is likely a scam. The only mitigating factor was the Trustpilot reviews, so I checked them out. I am not the only one to have placed an order and then be left without any information or delivery. I left a 1-star review to which Oneisall replied, trying to rectify the problems. They alleged that despite their website and a third party website advertising stock of what I wanted, it was out of stock. They proposed a replacement which was not what I wanted. It is an app controlled feeder, meaning anyone can in theory hack into it. Based on the dubious security of their website, I am not convinced there is any security in their app-connected devices. They asked me to delete my 1-star review or replace it was a 4 or 5-star review. I don't like this practice, but I am editing this review to 3 stars because they have made a lot of effort to fix the problems.
It took close to 2 weeks (Express delivery was the only option, and 2 weeks is NOT express) to get the feeder. I do have to say that so far I am happy with it. It appears to be what was ordered and so far it is functioning as expected.
I hope Oneisall will take steps to improve their website security as well as their order processes, tracking and deliveries, so that other customers don't have to go through the same hassle I went through just to get a simple delivery.

I thought I forgot to order the clippers when I received the replacement blades so I ordered the clippers. It ended up I received the clippers a couple of hours later in a separate package. I emailed them and told them what I did and Andrea wrote back and let me know she got the second order of the clippers cancelled and my money was refunded that same day! Thanks so much to Andrea!

I purchased the wrong replacement bowl for my automatic cat feeder. Customer service provided a very quick response, refunds — including shipping— and help redirect me to the correct product.

I had an issue with an air purifier I bought on TT. I only had to send a few pictures and I received a brand new air purifier the next day! I didnt even hve to send my old one back. I also have 3 of their fountains, all work great. You definitely cant beat the customer service, they were so patient with my limited computer skills. I plan to try the auto catbox next. Oneisall has proven to be an exceptional company and I highly recommend.

Well i ordered 2 purifiers and a vacuuming grooming set i received a parcel filled order i contacted them via email Andrea very awesome contacted me Farley quickly they called and emailed until it was all taken care of they sent out the rest of my order the one purifier I did receive is an awesome machine I have 6 dogs and 1 cat so a second purifier will help that much more thanks again Andrea

Andrea, a wonderful woman in Customer Service saw that I had an issue with my order and quickly rectified it and descending me the correct filters that I need I can’t thank her enough as a customer I can say she is an asset to the company

When the pump stopped running on my pets water fountain I messaged the company and explained the situation. They responded quickly with a suggestion and asked that I let them know if it helped. It did!! I let them know and thanked them for the help. Btw, my cats love the fountain!

I had ordered a Dog Fountain 10L from Oneisall. I looked at the reviews which were very positive and thus convinced me to buy one from Oneisall. I am glad I did too.
The package never arrived so I contacted customer service. The customer service rep (Andrea) called me within a few hours after sending my situation via email. I was pleasantly happy about that. Andrea was just great. She asked a few questions and then stated she will send a replacement that day. A few days later, I checked via a tracking site and saw they were unable to locate my address and will return the package to the sender.
I again contacted Andrea who quickly sent me another without delay using a different carrier- FedEx. I like FedEx.
Andrea really went above and beyond making sure I was ok and apologizing for the delay (which really wasn't their fault). I did get the dog fountain 10L and was happy with this product. Ease setup, quiet pump and my little doggie was happy! Oneisall customer service was just great, responsive, kind and professional! I am buying a smaller Dog Fountain from them as it is just very comforting to know they put the customer first ....Thanks Andrea!! Jim A

I purchased the wrong item. Andrea helped get it resolved. Not only that, they didn’t require me to return the item. They just sent me the correct items, and 2 sets of them! Great service!

I bought my water dish for my dogs and cat a few months ago. It works great and has been so easy to clean, especially compared to other water fountains I’ve had for my pets. I love this dish and it’s large enough to accommodate my two large dogs. I recently had a part break on my dog water dish, and although they did not have the replacement part available for me to buy, they gave me a discount to buy a new water dish. It was a great experience and I plan to keep buying from them in the future and will recommend this to all my friends. Thank you!

Having the grooming kit for almost a year I stated having problems with the trimmers working even though it showed a full charge. After contacting this company and a little trouble shooting it was determined that the trimmer head was defective. They immediately sent out a new on and it’s working like a charm! Definitely great customer service !!!!

Utterly amazing customer service - Sue went above and beyond with help and replacing my dogs trimmers after they were making a werid Noise and cutting badly.
Replacement was made and came the next day - couldn’t fault the service and Sue - Highly recommend to everyone!

My cat is extremely happy with the new water fountain! Since we got it, she drinks so much more water than before and even plays with it from time to time, which is adorable. The fountain is excellent quality, runs quietly, and looks beautifully designed – it fits perfectly into our home and doesn't look like a typical pet accessory. The biggest advantage? It's cordless! No worries about the cat chewing on cables, and you can place it anywhere. Absolutely perfect.
As for the overall experience with Oneisall – I couldn't be happier. The delivery was incredibly fast, and the price is excellent for the quality you get. I had a small question about some filters that were shipped separately, and Andrea was super friendly and helpful, responding quickly with all the information and a tracking link. The whole experience from ordering to receiving everything was smooth and hassle-free.
Highly recommend both the product and the shop. Top experience all around!

I am very impressed with the quick response and helpfulness of your representative Sue. She helped get me a replacement after my fountain’s water pump stop working. Got my replacement in just a few days!

This company has the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Sue was awesome on communicating through email. She answered all my questions. She got back to me and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I recommend this company to anybody who is looking for one of their products.
