I feel like a lawn care company should know not to leave flyers on live plants

I signed up for lawn mowing service every other week. I’m in Florida. The first mow was was fine and I didn’t complain when I found my gate open. Then they showed up the next week. Good thing I was home to remind them that I had every other week service. I called customer service and I was advised if they had mowed my lawn I would still be responsible for payment. Finally my mow day arrived. By late in the day I called customer service because they hadn’t shown up and it was getting dark. I was advised they were on the way. They never showed up and customer service assured me my service would be done the next day at no cost to me. They showed up late in the day and billed me. Customer service said I would be reimbursed. So they came yesterday. I had to call because it was getting late. I was told they were on the way. They arrived just before sunset. At completion they took pictures. The guy stood at an angle for the shots that hid all the leaves and debris that he had just blown back into to side yard behind him. All of this is on video from my security cameras. I’m still waiting to hear from customer service. My credit card was charged immediately.

We have been using one neighbor for lawn cutting service since the beginning of the year. The service has been great and they've made a lot of improvements with their communication. I love that I now get an email after every service with photos of my gate locked. Very convenient app to use.

We get a weekly cut at our house in Mckinney for months and service is great. The vendor for our neighborhood is Angel Landscaping. Angel has been very reliable and our lawn looks great week to week. The price is very affordable and much less than everyone else. We've recommended one neighbor to our neighbors and now pretty much everyone on our street is a customer. Very happy customer.

One neighbor has been cutting our grass since April and it looks great. For the price, there's not a better deal. Our lawn service has been the same quality as when we were paying $35 biweekly. Now, we are paying $23. We are thinking about adding their pool cleaning service as I'm getting tired of cleaning it myself.

He takes pride in his work. Previous lawn companies charged us $30-$40 per week to cut our lawn. Now we're paying $23 a week and the lawn looks better than ever.
